Ps - I also sent this to them via the business page and i was told its not fair I’ve posted it elsewhere *Google review* as the stores now closed, and i haven’t given then time to address the issues and they blocked me After wishing me a good night (I tried to tell them i would remove the review if on a last attempt visit things had improved but it failed to send ) !!!!

Have been a regular for over the past year, tonight was the worst experience i’ve had.
I don’t think ill be back.

I witnessed the said supervisor not acknowledge a food delivery person (she walked up and removed other order slips from the printer by the till but didn’t acknowledge him)

I waited over an hour for a medium chips and seafood stick.
And when i asked how much longer was told about ten mins.. ten mins passed went up again and was told 2 mins just waiting for seafood stick.. then i was told sorry we dropped the seafood stick just a couple more minutes

Another customer was waiting the same amount of time for potato scallops and dim sims

After asking for a refund or a free drink to compensate the wait time.. I was told we are training three new staff and that’s why there is a wait .. yet the new staff cleaned the salad bar fridge and picked one order, and removed the price tags and plastic plant decorations from seafood fridge.

3-4 of the staff (2 whom were in training) on multiple occasions grouped up at the front - also witnessed the supervisor take her phone out her pocket and they all looked (unsure what was so important)

Seemed there was only one gentle man cooking - other person in the kitchen was cleaning trays? It took me saying something for the cooking process to be sped up . As one of the servers told me.

Got fish 'n chips from there kast night. Horrible skinny chips. They use to be so good with the fatter ones. Won't be going back.

Love this place,always go there when im visiting a gf in the are? Huge carpark ,big store. Can eat in or takeaway. Big tables to the side of the shop,inside.

They have fresh fish,sandwiches,burgers and an array of frozen foods in their freezers. Not greasy and tasty. Try it,you wont regret it

Still one of the best seafood places around the service is good and the quality of the food is still the same the prices are still fair they have a great range

great quality seafoods large selection of drinks staff are all lovely very helpful, prawns are freash and I always buy some when I am getting chippies.

A friend took me here a couple of weeks ago,i had an urge for fish lol . Huge place,easy to find in the marketplace. Look for the big blue and white sign on the awning.
Well the menu is extensive. So much to choose. I got a seafood basket and 2 handmade potato scallops,you have a choice of precessed or home made.well we waited a while for our order about 20 min ,not quite sure why as we were the only ones there. Was worth the wait tho, cooked beautifully and so much for $9.90 . 2 small pieces of fish, lots of chips.lovely prawns and and calamari hand, thick calamari and cooked lovingly and perfectly. The potato scallops are to die for! Not greasy rather thick and thin batter with a nice seasoned salt. I was very impressed. They have lots or different dishes and burger deals.you can dine in or take away. Plenty of parking . Seats inside to wait. Lovley carved benches. Also a bulk buy freezer all along the back wall. With lots of yummy things to take home, corn jacks,dim sims, chicken and bacon schnitzels etc, pre packaged. Fresh fish available also. Drinks ,really have a good set up. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait.

Love getting Fish and Chips from here. They're pineapple fritters are also the best!
They also sell a lot of frozen goods in bulk packs which is great if you have kids, or have a party coming up.

Yum. Yum. YUM!!!! Best fish and chip shop in the Caboolture / Morayfield area, hands down. Their food tastes so fresh, they have a great variety of menu options and it is well cooked.... not too greasy like many places. I thought they were very reasonable priced as well for the quality and quantity of food you get. If you are considering getting take away during peak lunch and dinner hours, I would definitely recommend phoning through your order in advance and getting a pick up time, as this place is very popular and gets very busy, but they are definitely worth waiting for. YUMMO!!

Went here to see what the reviews were all about on WOMO. I found them to be a clean and friendly store. I purchased some hot seafood and chips. Very enjoyable, but a little more pricy than I would have expected. I looked around while I was waiting, and found they have a very large range of different seafoods in the frozen section. I'll be going back again, I think.
