After searching for a well priced Saab 9-3 convertible, I found one on line at Morley Car Centre. As I am in Victoria a lot of trust in the dealer was required. After several phone chats with Paul and Steve about the car, I felt confident in the purchase and subsequent shipment to me. This was so smooth and easy for me too. The car is a dream and I love it. I had a Saab mechanic (a member of the Saab Club) go over the car and he said it is excellent condition for its age. I felt I had to talk of my experiences, as they were all so positive. Some people expect the worst, and that is what they get. I had top service and contact with me from purchase to pick up. Again many thanks Paul and Steve. Such a lovely comfortable car, my husband keeps wanting to drive it!

I bought a Ford Festiva from 'Morley Car Cente' 3 years ago for my wife for $1500. This car served our family well for 3 years and then I sold the car for the same price that I paid privately. Because I had such a good experience with Morley Car Centre I went straight back and bought another car. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to get a good deal. I had a great experience and I'll be back again for the next car.

I sent an email inquiring about a price on a car. Their response was to send an email back containing no information other than verbal abuse. I have never, as a potential customer received such rude service. I cannot recommend this company to do business with.

Avoid this dealer if you want to avoid disrespectful and rude customer service. The sale persons there are ill mannered and ridiculously rude with no respect for customer what so ever.

The most unfriendly, unprofessional & rude service I have ever received at a car dealership. I was told on the Saturday that the car I was looking to buy was in too awkward of a position to shift, so to come back on a weekday. I thought this was fair enough, so organised with work to get some time off on the Monday. When I got back there, they said that unless I was in a position to buy the car that very day I could not even test drive the car. Because the sale of my current car was still pending, they wouldn't allow me to do any more than look at the car once again. The staff were extremely condescending like I have never experienced before. And over a $6000 car?! What a joke....

**** Warning **** Do not purcase from these merchants. Bought car & wrote into contract repairs, would not fix as per contract (and still not fixed). Had to get government help to force the repairs which are still not fixed and ongoing issues in which they don't care about. Very Poor customer service.

They often sell get a good set of vehicles that are reasonably priced, however, be warned that they are quite rude and unhelpful. I wanted to buy a car, the mechanic came to inspect and found that a tyre was flat. We asked the management if we could change the tyre and they carelessly said, well, the guys next door are busy and I can't do this or that. As soon as the mechanic was gone, they proposed they will repair the tyre so I can test drive it. When asked if the service history is available, they again rudely replied, if its in the car then its in it! Really?! They also didn't want us to inspect the car and was suggesting, they would fix any issues it had as it is under warranty. But once we got the mechanic in, the car was full of problems. Final verdict, stay away.
