Despite being down one mechanic at the time, Simon handled my urgent order so I could get the shock back before my holiday. Upon finding out there were damaged parts that needed to be ordered in, he was able to have everything ready and waiting for the new parts, and to follow instructions to send it to me in another state via parcel locker and it all worked out perfectly.
