From the Quote til the end of the move Moush and his team were nothing but professional. Moush talked me through his service, gave a competitive price and was completely upfront about his services. He confirmed the week of the move the day before and on the day his team Jack and Karan turned up early and started without a fuss. They asked permission to use the facilities and were polite kind and courteous and friendly at all times. They discussed their plans and asked questions which showed their expertise. I was so happy with their service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them again. Moush even followed up with me the next day to double check I was happy with his service.

Worst experience ever! Moush is the most arrogant I have come across in quite some time and his removal skills are terrible and he caused horrendous damage to my fridge, it now looks like a curb kicker, he also damaged an expensive oil painting and it now has a huge line of paint taken off the painting top the bottom and my floor has a chunk out of the polished boards and the base of my art deco dining room table has a big gash in the wood on the Base! He might be cheap but you get what you pay for and I absolutely need to warn you not to use this service. Having said that, the young men that packed my stuff up and loaded onto the truck were very friendly and excellent but it all went downhill when Moush was involved. He speaks down to you like you're a child and changes the plans to suit his schedules so that he can make money at your inconvenience. He then drove my stuff interstate and must have been speeding to try and get there before me so that he could dump everything off and get to his next job because all that is what he cared about was dumping it off as quickly as possible and mentioning it was taking too long even though he'd only been there about an hour. All he could think about was making money from his next job and not doing the job properly that was at hand, and he didn't care that he damaged my fridge absolutely shockingly or anything else He was just about speed and no care and his people skills are lacking terribly. Use him at your peril. You have been warned please take note!!

The guys came in at a very good price. They charged what they quoted with no hidden extras. On time, careful with the items and very polite. I will use them again. Highly recommended

Ibi and Aba did a great job. They called me beforehand to let me know their arrival time. They were very organised and careful in sorting the items to be loaded on the truck - i was moving mirrors artworks…They even helped me figure out how to position the couch in the new home. Moush was also very punctual in responding and was straight-forward to deal with. I recommend and will use their services again in future moves.

Moush and his team were awesome to deal with from the first phone call until the last piece of furniture had been put in place. So friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble and very efficient. I would highly recommend this team.

Workers were great- unfortunately they rocked up with a truck that was too big for my driveway so they had to walk my stuff up the alley to load it (poor guys). Only taking a star off for that!

Moushs Removals were absolutely amazing with our recent move, they were able to accommodate a last minute date change and showed up on-time and ready to do the job.

The guys were a great help disassembling one tricky piece of furniture and loaded the rest of the house in what had to be a record time. They had everything unloaded and placed exactly where it needed to be quickly and with only one scuff to a door.

I can not over stress how amazing and helpful Moushie was in a dire situation that would have been a disaster if not for his professionalism, communication and compassion.
Without boring people with too many details, I had been given the runaround by a company I'd purchased from on numerous issues, including couriering my purchase. Therefore I organised Moushie to complete the job because right from our first phone call I felt that he was on the ball, truthful and would get the job done.
Things did not go smoothly even then, not because of Moushie but because the manufacturing company still gave more trouble by not having a forklift driver available at the appointed time of pick up. Moushie handled them professionally, dealt with the issue and communicated the situation with me promptly. Although is caused him a delay and effort to fix a problem that had nothing to do with him he stayed and sorted it out. I believe a lot of couriers would have just left. He also rang me again the minute the package had been delivered to assure me it was now in the right place.
I would recommend Moushie for your courier needs with 100% confidence. You will get a person who will provide you with a professional service with integrity and honesty. Moved from Footscray apartment to Footscray row house.

Mike led the 3 man team well and had a great attitude the whole time.

Nothing phased him including council works that had dug up the road next to my apartment limiting access or whitegoods and furniture with tight fits.

The fixed rate quote made things easy for me to judge pricing also

We just completed our move, and I wanted to share how impressed I was with the service. The team was highly efficient and communicated exceptionally well. They arrived on time, introduced themselves, and were ready to start right away. I really appreciated how they consulted with us on fragile items that could have been damaged during the move, ensuring everything was handled with care.

There were some skid marks left on our wooden floors due to moving a heavy fridge, but the team was upfront about it and even advised us to reach out if our cleaning efforts didn’t resolve it. This honesty and accountability were really reassuring.

This was my first time using a moving service, and I’m very happy with the experience. The rates were fair, and the service was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again.

Moushs Removals helped me last week with a local move in Melbourne. There were no hidden fees and the services provided were as quoted! which is rare these days. Jag and the team on the move day arrived on time, and were very quick and efficient in packing their 10T truck then the same when unloading at my new address. Moush and the guys were very helpful and the most efficient removalists I have dealt with over the years. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will hire them again in the future.
