Superhit company very powerful persons amd very powerful trucks

I DO NOT recommend using this company. They took $100 deposit from me and on the day they were meant to move my furniture, they didnt come within the 3 hour time frame. I called them several times and they didnt pick up, their driver didn't call to inform me he would be extremely late. By the time the driver called me - It was so late that I couldn't move. I had to make alternative arrangements. When I tried to get my deposit back, they said they wont because I cancelled the job. I explained to them that their driver didnt come within the 3hour timeframe nor did they contact me to say they were going to be late. They then also stated that in their contract it specifically states that the AGREED TIMES ARE JUST A GUIDELINE AND THEY CAN CHANGE THE TIMES AT ANY POINT.

I lost my deposit. Ended up using airtasker, so much cheaper, professional and helped me out pretty quickly.

**DO NOT USE** ! Disgraceful and disgusting. Zero stars if I could. Do not use. Supposed to arrive btw 2-4, arrived after 6pm so they advised I use second truck at my cost (which was useless). Broke item and refused to take responsibility (lost the end of the lamp lead so can't use lamp, see pic). Took stuff I said not to take. Left new house a total mess by placing things so as to not maximise available space in storage rooms. Used packing tape to close appliance doors and I can't get tape off. Didn't remove cling wrap. Urinated on toilet seat and floor and didn't clean it up. Don't think it was flushed. Left their personal rubbish behind. Rude and refusing to negotiate compensation. DO NOT USE! DO NOT USE! DO NOT USE! Now they’ve STOLEN money by debiting my card during the dispute process. DO NOT USE!!!

THEY WAY OVERCHARGE YOU BY MORE THAN DOUBLE AND REFUSE TO GIVE YOU YOUR BELONGINGS. THEY THREATEN YOU AND WILL NOT BE REASONABLE AT ALL. POLICE ARE NOT INVOLVED AS THEY ARE TRYING TO DOUBLE THE PRICE AGAIN TO $3000 TO MOVE A ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT.

Sadly I just went through these guys. Quote was $162phr for 2 blokes and 8 ton truck plus $55 for truck arrival. However charged $360ph and they came with a 16ton truck (their words) and charged extra for that then because only one bloke was actually moving furniture the old bloke who was just talking doing nothing asked for a 3rd bloke which I agreed cause they would've taken 2days. Ended up paying double being blackmailed into paying at the end. Horrific but they only need to rip u off once.

Horrific moving experience, buyers beware, there are a lot of obviously fake and paid for reviews on the web. Do your research and you will notice a lot of the negative reviews share a similar tone. Save yourself some stress and look elsewhere

Rose removals refused to unload our fridge until we signed a paper stating that no damage had been caused (we were unable to inspect the fridge as it was still in the unloading van and wrapped in fabric). Upon unloading the fridge we saw they had in fact damaged the fridge. When we notified them, we were told that they would not acknowledge or cover the damage as we had signed the document. We will be taking this to the relevant authorities.

Rose removals was hired to move me from Melbourne to Bendigo on the 30th of November 2021. They arrived an hour late, my equipment was scratched and damaged, they knocked out a complete light fitting at the premises and broke the door. My bank went down and although I had paid them over 1219.00 already they had no compassion and would not let me pay the next day. Pursuant to that they removed my items and took them back to Melbourne. My house mate was abused by the manager and even when we paid the outstanding 312 (because they went over quote by 4 hours) they were going to charge me a further 1050.00 to bring my stuff back to Bendigo.

USE ROSE REMOVALS AT YOUR OWN RISK. This company is completely unreliable and has zero concern for their customers. If they are quoting you cheaper than someone else, 1) it's not worth taking the risk of using them and 2) your move may not actually end up cheaper after they calculate the final cost.
We had a 2-4pm arrival window, we received no communication at any point until we called close to 4pm for an update. We were told it would be about 5:30pm now. We called again close to 5:30pm and were told they weren't going to come until the next afternoon. No offer of any options, assistance or compensation, not even offered a booking first thing the next day. My pregnant wife and I had to find a place to stay the night, they didn't care.
The next day the window was 12-2pm arrival, as it got close to 2pm WE called THEM again to find out they were going to be well late on that too. When we contacted them about the experience someone called Jessie gave us a two sentence response to all of our issues and claimed it was out of their control.
I strongly suggest avoiding Rose Removals at all costs.

My removalists , Kushman and Mannie could not have done anything more to help us. SO impressed and pleased! They were super careful with all our stuff and polite and confirmed all the time where we wanted everything to be placed when we got to our destination. If anyone complains about this company and these two guys, not to mention Priscilla in the office, who was so helpful, they themselves might be the problem. So happy and relieved to have used Rose Removals, because moving is stressful enough.
