Moving Again

I'm dumb founded by any bad reviews as we have used Moving Again a few times as with my husbands work we are relocated every couple of years. We have never had a problem from this company. The only thing is sometimes its hard to get through on the phone, so i email and they call me back, most of the time its within 15 mins of emailing them. ( problem solved ). They have always been nothing but friendly & helpful. They have always made the move so easy. Thanks you moving again

We could not believe the company we booked just cancelled the day before. A friend told us about moving again and we are so glad. They were able to move our furniture a few days later. I can't thank them enough and would highly recommend there services

I had been let down by the first company i went with and was left with 3 days to find someone else. Thankfully i found moving again. I was so lucky they were able to help me and take all the stress away. The phone staff were always friendly and made the move easier as i was in such a panic from the first removalist. Can not believe the bad reviews. My brother in law used this company and advised me to try them & thank goodness i did. I have had nothing but friendly and professional staff every time i have rang & emailed. Even with my silly questions & there was a lot. Never were they rude, they always answered my questions and made the whole move so easy. It frustrates me to see these whinging & winy people complaining as i just don't believe any of it. My experience was amazing. I need to give credit were credit is due. Well done you lovely ladies. Keep up the terrific work use do. Will defiantly be recommending use to all my friends.

Unforeseen circumstances had our family having to move at short notice. We googled removalist and moving again came up, we rang them and they were so helpful. Organized a quote and then we booked and they were able to do our move. Thanks Moving Again. Use made our stressful situation less stressful. Use were always friendly and helpful. Thanks again.

Needed to move quickly. emailed moving again and i got a fast response, Filled out the quote link on there page then booked. Within 3 days my furniture was being collected. The guys that came were wonderful. Will certainly recommend them.

Was told about moving again from a friend of a friend. Moved from Victor Harbor VIc to Rockingham WA. Was very pleased with the communication with the office staff kept me up to date through out the process. The guys in the truck were also great. My family used Moving Again to move from Pottsville to Hervery Bay . The quote was cheaper then any others we received. The guys were friendly and so good with our furniture it was a pleasure to deal with them. The same as all the phone staff every time i rang they were friendly and so helpful. I had a move but the cost was so high so I used these Guys as a back loading move. I had to be flexible with the dates but would use them again.

Fantastic company. Helped me move a bed/fridge and a few boxes to Sydney. Super efficient and helpful with emails for quotes and bookings. Could collect any day of the week in Brisbane and delivered my goods the next day in Manly.

Moving Again were so helpful in organising our removal down to Sydney. I'd recent gotten a new job and we had to move down there on pretty short notice.

Their quote form was easy, they were simple to book in, they had online credit card payments. The guys called the day before at each end for drop off and pickup and overall everything was smooth and simple. Will recommend to others in the future.

Moved with these guys last week, just a few bits and pieces to Melbourne for Uni. They called my mum a few hours before, and picked up on time. Even carried an old lounge into garage for her
Delivery was ok, i missed a call from them but driver kept trying ad they delivered on time

Whatever you do, don't use Moving Again.
They took my money but never completed the job.
They dont return my phone calls and now I have to pay another removalists to complete my move.
STAY AWAY FROM MOVING AGAIN CAUSE THEY think its okay to take your money but not complete the job

We used Moving Again and they use their website as a front for using backloaders, please note that this company is NOT a REMOVALIST company and use second and third parties to backload your furniture. The website is misleading and even though we thought we were getting a removal company, we actually got back loaders who also changed the pick up and drop off times.

The truck turned up part loaded and so there wasn't enough room to fit our furniture and we ended moving our stuff again at our cost after the backloading company Gecko Backloading Professionals refused to pick up the remaining items.

So we ended up moving again with Moving Again! Altogether there was three companies involved and so it was their words against ours and with no one actually viewing the items to be removed.

No apologies and no offer of recompense offered and we can only hope that everyone reads these reviews and no longer deals with these cowboys.

Like the old saying, "you get what you pay for" and in the end the cost equaled the other two quotes received and my suggestion is that you give this company (including their backloaders) a wide birth and use a reputable company.

Moving Again

My experience

Zero stars (I've tried not to make this sound emotional, just stating what I went through)
This started on the 8th of March paying my deposit, It ended on the 31st of March getting my deposit back.

The pick up was suppose to be on Friday the 10th of March the driver would call 24 hours prior to inform what time he'll be there. I never received the call. No one came on the pick up date.
I tried calling the office and emailing at 4pm (after I finished work) but I didn't get a response until I called on Monday the 13th asking for my deposit back.
I was sent an email Monday afternoon claiming my refund had been processed by a bloke named Henry. I gave them the 5 clearance days (as well as the weekend) before contacting them again.
From the 20th of March I have sent 17 emails with Henry trying to get my Money back. On the 29th Henry replied back to one of my emails telling me they refunded my money to the wrong person.
So I guess it does only take 2 days to receive a refund from Movingagain.

The reception claim that they can't pass on your call to anyone else. It felt useless calling them and I assume they have it setup for this exact reason.
I was honestly surprised to see my money had returned to me on the 31st.

Not one aspect of my experience with Movingagain was positive.
I was the one who had to call them at every step. They didn't reach out to me once, not even when I wanted to go ahead with payment from entering my details on the website.
The only email they sent me was to state someone was coming the next day for the pick up. Which no one did.

At not one point of this experience did I receive an apology, in writing on spoken. The amounts of times I called and emailed they never sounded like this was a strange occurrence for them.

Hopefully I can save you the hustle of dealing with this hack of a company.

This business is just a website which then contacts the actual moving companies once a job is booked.
Using the online website for an initial quote is simple enough as dealing with automated computers tends to lead to the expected outcome.
That is where the positive ends.
It was near impossible to get in contact with these people unless we were providing the payment details.Calls were rarely answered and when they are, reception did their very best to sound annoyed,gave us someone else's email and hung up,regardless of our inquiry.
Company email policy is that they will get back to you within 24 hours.They did not.

Fortunately for me the people actually involved with the move itself were able to give me a direct line of contact and even they found huge difficulties communicating with this second rate service.

Moving again have the worst customer service! After contacting them numerous times to amend the quote they provided so there were no 'hidden extras' I received nothing but here are our banking details, pay your deposit! They were perfectly able to send us those but wouldn't respond to any of my enquiries to amend the quote. I called the contact number and no answer twice. So very misleading and suspicious behaviour from a company. When I asked why they weren't responding they replied with 'we have cancelled your booking as I see we don't see eye-to-eye. What kind of service is that?? Am I not entitled to request an amendment on my quote!! I would never recommend this company and I think it's pretty safe to say that the people who have given them 5stars are probably family and friends of the employees and not legit... much like the their company! This guys made our move interstate incredibly stressful. Once they received our deposit all communication with the company stopped. They turned up 2 days late, could not confirm arrival to our new house- do not use them. Moving is stressful enough. These guys lack of planning professionalism and customer satisfaction is appalling.

DO-NOT USE THESE MUPPETS, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE.... TV SMASHED, DINING TABLE CRACKED. Said its our fault even though we packed exactly the way they told us in a box, foam etc..no compensation [redacted due to offensive comment]. Said 20dys delivery we ended up living in a house for 10dys with NO FURNITURE its now been 27dys after that date and still waiting for some items. Even if you have to pay more do it both sets of removalist's who came pick up and drop off said the were garbage and they were right. Didn't even turn up on the pick up day they quoted lost another days pay waiting for them. Gave me a quote which I paid then said no you owe extra $1500.00 or you wont get your goods DON'T USE them the are the worst. They are the most unprofessional business I have ever used in my life..I CANNOT SAY THIS STRONGLY ENOUGH PLEASE, PLEASE FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!

Utterly terrible company. Booked a move, paid in full, I made several phone calls and emails the day before our collection date to confirm details and told everything was in order. On the day no-one showed up. I called several times and finally told "yeah we can't make it, sorry we'll give you a refund". Don't even try.

“Used moving again back in June and must say service was excellent. No damage to goods, nothing lost, and done in a speedy fashion. Would recommend to a friend, and will be using them next time I move. Well done.

Absolute garbage company!
Wish I had never heard of Moving Again, thinking of that name makes my blood boil. I ended up transporting items I had not intended to, because they came a day earlier than originally organised and a final sort had not yet been done. TV got left behind and they charged an extra $350 to pick it up. Furniture was not secured in the container and was smashed, as well as eight picture frames smashed damaging the pictures.

I would not recommend this business. I relocated from Sydney to Perth and they lost one of my boxes. Although they told me they'd get back to me and despite emailing and calling them a number of times I never received an explanation or even an apology for my loss.

Terrible level of professionalism and respect for other people and their loss of possessions!

I have a few friends that are moving in the near future and I have told them to contact you. I think your company is great. Hope you hear from them soon.
