Definitely would not recommend.

We got them to service our lawn mower and blower and both times they charged us more than what we we’re quoted.

Firstly it took them 1 month to do a service.

Secondly in normal cases when you service something and something else also needs to be done you would always call the customer and inform them and get their okay to go ahead. They did NOT do this.
If they had l would of said do not fix it because it’s not worth it and would be better to get a new one instead.
The Manager Sam then admitted that they should have called us first before going ahead and doing anything.

What got to me the most was when l told the manager that l was only prepared to pay what we we’re quoted , as it was there mistake as they didn’t get our okay he then proceeded to tell me that il’m just trying to get out of paying and insinuating l couldn’t afford to pay.

Well how a manager of a store can speak to a customer like that when he doesn’t even know the person and which is 100% not true and then denied he said that is beyond me.

If we couldn’t afford it like he thinks l wouldn’t have paid for our lawn mower service in full the week before and the previous month we spent over $1,000.00 in his store on other items.
In the end l still paid the rude little man what he asked for and told him to stick where the sun don’t shine.

Absolutely 100% bad customer service.

Mowers and More are specialist in all things mowing related. My dad swears by them. They sell good quality products, not the junk you would find at other large retailers. They offer good warranties and provided servicing. We have not had any troubles with our whipper snipper since buying it and it is used quite regularly.
