They always give exceptional service, great value & peace of mind. We have several cars due to extended family & I wouldn't take them anywhere else but to the MP team.

I couldn't be happier with MP service, this is my first experience with a mechanic outside of the usual car dealership service, and now I think to myself, If I only would have met these guys before... I would have saved heaps on pricey diagnostics and not-so-sure needed repairs on my cars. The MP team, gave me a very reasonable quote, kept me informed of the progress on the repairs, and now I am a very happy customer. I would definitely recommend them.

This has been my 2nd visit to there workshop with some major work done on my Nissan and I mean quite extensive. The work was done beyond my expectation on both occasions there were some minor tweeks here and there but extremely happy with work done Peter has gone above and beyond which I appreciate it a lot, There some things he done and not charged any money which I was overwhelmed by his generosity and going the extra mile. I was driven back to my home and later on the day the car was finished I was picked up, now that's what I call affordable excellence in there service. I have been to a dealer workshop opposite there side and I gotta tell you that they knew how to charge and there work was sloppy and I was extremely unhappy with there work.. MP Auto had gone in and fixed what the dealer had created. Anyone out there who should seriously consider looking at MP Auto to get there car fixed and knowing that it got fixed and not having to come back with any issues. What has impressed me is that under one roof they do Mechanical/Electrical and now they will be opening up next door supplying and fitting tyres and much more..

As soon as I realised my car was leaking petrol, I called in and they immediately took the car to try to fix the problem. They even drove me home while they worked on it. I've always found them to be friendly, efficient and their charges are very reasonable.

had an issue with brake lights on my bike rack. Guys went over an above to find fault and rectify before i left. Cost for this was excellent as well.

They are always willing to go that extra step to ensure good old fashioned service with that comes a good quality service and reasonable rates that I thoughts was a thing of the past- Great to see that there are still some genuine and reasonable companies still around. Well done Guys.

I was seen spur of the moment (the same morning) and was made to feel at ease by the staff. I was able to leave my car early in the morning and pick it up late afternoon so I didn't have to take any time off work. The car has worked great ever since and I felt the price was more than reasonable. Great service all round.

I could not describe in details as to how much I was impressed by these 2 guys who are outstanding in there service all the repairs my 87 Pintara required work it was carried beyond my expectation, few times I came there thinking there could be a problem they would go out of there way to look for the issue and charge me nothing to fix the problem.I simply put it these guys as outstanding I would recommend them to any one for there very friendly and courteous great team of employees.

Wow , what an experience . Booked my car in for service and minor repairs ( brakes ) . Got there as they were opening on Tues 6th May . Greeted by ,I think Peter , and he welcomed me with a smile He then called for my car to be taken in and I watched as 3 more chaps took over and started work on my car . The smiles on all their faces showed they liked working here . Within an hour my car was completed and the costs and service were great . I will never forget this place for its family atmosphere . I highly recommend to anyone who is disillusioned with service standards of today .

MP have helped me with auto electrical repairs before and when a problem suddenly occured while on the road recently I dropped in to get an opinion on what was wrong. They not only identified the fault and another issue which needed attention, but offered to fix them on the spot. Back on the road in an hour. Great service and at a value for money price.

They are always helpful and are responsible priced. Have been going there for 15 years.

My car broke down while I was traveling from Melbourne to Cairns, by some dumb luck I ended up pulling off the highway near Peters house on a Sunday morning while I tried to figure out what was wrong with my car.
Not only did Peter lend me a hand, he took time away from his family on his day off to take me down to his workshop and help me fix my car... this guys an absolute legend in my book... would highly recommend MP Auto Repairs to anyone in the area!!!

I have known Mark for nearly 9 years i have found Mark always courteous and honest and i also have known Peter Panetta for almost as many years, even when Peter was working for next door to where he is now, and then joining partnership with Mark i find then both honest, courteous, and trustworthy in doing the right thing with our cars, and not Rip- Off- Merchants which there are plenty of them around.
I would highly recommended them to anyone, Mark and Peter also have 3 mechanics who are also honest and are qualified mechanics..

I had to drop off the car early in the morning for a regular service (but with some very specific additional tasks and a specific pick up time). Dropping the car off before opening time is not a problem with the 'key drop box'. I was more than pleasantly surprised to find the car ready at the agreed pick up time. I was also pleasantly surprised by the cost (I was expecting it to be more).

In summary the staff are extremely friendly and honest and the business represent extremely good value for money.

I have been going there for years now and still haven't found better. They put everything in to simple English, prices while not cheapest you can likely get are very reasonable for the excellent quality you get.

I have had several cars over the years and this is the only place I would use, Helpful Friendly and the price is always fair , My sister has her car serviced at MP and said that it is extremely female friendly.
