Greg provides a great service and is very knowledgeable. He has done a job for us that others could not do or wouldn’t respond, whereas Greg was very quick to quote, order the right materials and complete the job at a good price. Really happy.

We had ten double sash windows that needed work and had not been happy with how the people we had come to look at them talked about fixing them. They really didn't have a clue. Then I was able to track Greg down and it was just brilliant. Someone who really knows what they are doing and Greg does all his work so professionally well. We have ten perfectly working double hung sash windows again that will be right for decades and Greg even fixed another non sash window for us easily, Greg really knows his windows and I have no hesitation in recommending him for any windows that need someone who "really knows what they are doing" to fix them or renovate them. Brilliant service and a very lovely man.

Greg is reliable and friendly..replaced two large bedroom windows with 6.5 comfort glass..has made it alot warmer and quieter. Great price and great communication ..will definately use again for future work.

Greg came out straight away and fixed two sash windows with both cords broken, one of which had been painted shut. The windows are now in perfect working order just in time for spring. Very friendly guy and good price for great workmanship.

I had sent many enquires out to various companies to try to find a solution to fix our double hung windows. Most would not travel to Koo Wee Rup and or did not deal with the antiquated and unique rod spring system. Once I found out that the windows required new counter balance rods, I used this in a new Google search, hence where I found Greg. And even better, he was relatively local.
Greg organised new tinted glass and refitted our windows the correct way, as many were installed back to front. Now my windows, top and bottom move freely, stay open without having to use a piece of wood to choc up and have draft seals. Cost was more than reasonable as the alternative would have been to replace them and lose the character of our 1930s home.
Greg is easy to deal with . Very happy customers, highly recommended!

We have a period apartment next to a loud road with lovely old sash windows. We consulted with two “double glazing” companies whose only solution was to completely rip out the old timber windows which we loved and replace with PVC alternatives which didn’t suit the apartment at all. Mr Sash Cord was the complete opposite, he worked with us to professionally and creatively fit new double glazing glass to the old timber windows. The end result is amazing, hard to tell that we’ve even had new windows installed which was 100% what we were after. You can instantly feel the difference in the rooms now, quieter and more removed from the road. Would highly recommend! Thanks Greg!

Had a glassier install windows to reduce traffic noise from a main rd that hardly did anything at all and charged me $7000.
I had Greg come past who not only replaced the previous glass with thicker double glazed glass but also with a much improved seal for under $4000. Although I can still hear the traffic if I listen for it (it is a heritage house after all that has those old style air vents) the traffic is dampened soooo much and I’m very happy I gave it another crack with Greg.
