Got these guys in after the power went out in my investment property. They looked through the whole house and checked it for faults... turns out that my switchboard was non-compliant (illegal) as I live in an old area. They replaced it at a cheaper rate than I was quoted in my house by omega. The guys were really easy to talk to and the experience was relatively stress free. I would use them again!

We were extremely impressed with Sam's diligence and workmanship. He went above and beyond by removing residue around the exhaust fan in the laundry area. He tidied all areas well and took away all old materials for disposal. We would highly recommend Sam for any electrical work to other customers .

The only electrician we found that was fair with price. Very polite and cleaned up after himself. Husband had to clean up after last electrician with rubbish left everywhere and my son had wires in his mouth. Not a good experience with that other company. Fantastic effort Joseph.

I just want to say that I'm very happy with the professional service I received from Sam. I was a bit stressed about getting repairs done at my investment property in time for new tenants who were moving in - and he was very accommodating, prompt and reliable. I understood that a quote couldn't be provided over the phone, but this still concerned me a little - but I shouldn't have worried because he offered great advice and had my interests in mind. Firstly, I rang on a Sunday after a flood, and got to speak to a person straight away. She advised me of the times they could come, advised me of the cost, and was friendly and helpful.
Secondly, a shout out to Sam, the electrician who took the job. He called to let me know he was coming, turned up on time, and was friendly and courteous at all times. During the couple of hours he was at the house, he took the time to explain every step of the way what he was doing and why. He completely fixed the problem, and also created a safer situation in case this happens again.

I'm the mother of 3 adult sons and I'd be more than happy to add Peter B. to my family but I don't think his Mum would give him up! Apart from doing a fantastic job installing two smoke detectors in my home, he is friendly, polite and helpful. He also knows how to use a vacuum cleaner! Wow! We have had two major electrical issues solved by the fast, reliable and efficient service provided by Mr Switch. Peter discovered a major fault and corrected it very quickly and, just recently, Steve fixed the 'accident waiting to happen' in our garage wiring. Both electricians were courteous, knowledgeable and worked efficiently. They came when they said they would, kept us informed of what they were doing, and left their work place clean and tidy. On Christmas night, there was a storm in Sydney and our electricity was knocked out. We were very desperate as we have a young baby and could not wait days for this to be corrected. I had called over 10 electricians that were unable to help, but I was lucky that I discovered Mr Switch.

Mr Switch answered their phones at 9pm on Christmas night within 2 rings, and was able to have an electrician come out to us within 30 minutes!

The electrician that helped us was Sam from Mr Switch. I cannot recommend him more highly. From 9:30am - midnight, Sam worked on our mains board and re-wired the entire board, in the rain (I held an umbrella for him). He was incredibly efficient and comforting that we would be back online.

I honestly dont know one single provider out there that would be happy to help us on Christmas night, arrive within 30 minutes and work tirelessly for 3 hours to complete our job.

Above all this, Sam has a super attitude, he is very friendly and put us at complete ease.

I have said to him that I will recommend to all of my friends and use Mr Switch exclusively for all our electrical work going forward.

We have had a few different jobs done over the past year, Mr. Switch is my preferred supplier for electrical works. every time the electricians have been helpful, professional and on time. Would highly recommend - Steven and Daniel were great!

I moved into a new apartment to find that I couldn't get any connection with either my phone, or my router. After contacting a few companies that didn't seem very interested in actually explaining to me what was wrong, I managed to get in touch with Sam at Mr Switch.

Sam was wonderfully thorough when he came out to look at the problem. In the end he told me that my apartments phone ports weren't even connected to the distribution point. I asked for a quote and there was no messing around, or fluffing over the price. Which was a breath of fresh air.

A week later Sam came back and installed a new cable for the apartment. A few hours hard work, and he was exceedingly nice the whole time. He even cleared out a wasps nest that he ran into.

Post-service and everything is working great.
