The new vrrandah provides much better ambience, and is more usable, although it has exactly the same foot print.

Design and construction of timber/tile carport in keeping with style of existing house. We are extremely happy with the result. We found Chris to be very helpful and honest in the design stage and completion was within expected timeframe and quote.

My husband and I have never had anything built so went into the process nervously. We have been totally amazed at the courteous, prompt, efficient service all throughout the process. We have had 2 areas completed and are thrilled with the results of both. we were so impressed when we contracted with the first (approx 6m square verandah) that we signed up for the front one before the first was finished. Chris, Louise and Marcus, the builder were all friendly and easy to talk to. It seemed no question was too hard and they were available at any stage. The follow up service is excellent. We had a leak after the first rains but an email to Chris had the problem looked at promptly. we would thoroughly recommend Chris and his team and would definitely use their services if we have more works to be done. Rebuild carport, including rebuilding a brick pillar, new framework, roofing and spouting. Quite a large job as it was a double carport and protected the master bedroom from the afternoon sun. So they had to organise carpenters first, to redo the frame, then a bricklayer to rebuild the pillar and finally, the roof plumbers to complete the roof and redo the spouting on boths sides. Quite a logistical fait accompli, and very well done.

We had a carport built, and we are very happy with the finished product. The tradesmen were professional, punctual, friendly and the project was done in a couple of days with no mess. Any queries we had were promptly addressed by either the tradesmen or office staff. Highly recommended.

I had had a deck in my previous home but moved into a unit & had all of my outdoor furniture but now no deck! I contacted Chris & he designed a deck for my courtyard. After having other builders around - Chris was the only builder that designed exactly what I needed & in the timber I wanted. It was so quick & all constructed in a week! Wonderful result exactly what I wanted. I have a lovely large deck & I am looking forward to entertaining outside this Summer.

We had a deck added to the side area of our house in October 2010 which at the time suited our needs. A complicated project, handled expeditiously and with great service. The whole job, from start to finish was done very quickly, and Chris was able to accommodate our wishes for non-standard materials and design.
