We had Mr Verandah rebuild a first floor balcony. They also quoted us on some other ideas we had about building a covered area over our patio but even though it made it a much smaller job, were very supportive just to do the balcony work in the end (would have lost our outlook from the kitchen).
We were keen to ensure we had all the right permits from Council, which Mr Verandah organised. We were a bit disappointed that there was a half suggestion we could proceed without getting a permit after we had got them on board. We had ruled out other companies who were suggesting this during the quoting phase.
Having said that, there was no pressure applied and we were very happy with the final product.
