The result was exactly what I wanted, the process was straightforward and the whole team responsive, reliable and highly competent. I was thoroughly impressed with the work completed by the team at Mr Verandah from start to finish. Chris in particular, was very diligent with all aspects of the job, from making sure we were always kept up date on the progress of the work, to resolving any small issues and attending to other requests. I'd be happy to recommend Mr Verandah to anyone for a similar sized project.

"I wouldn't recommend Mr Verandah to anyone! They didn't build our verandah as per the drawings we signed off on and when we asked them to fix it they said they would have to get legal advice and then I was hung up on! We were in a disput with them for about 2 months until we came to an agreement to cancel the contract. We are now out of pocket $1800 as we had the verandah re-built (by another builder) the way it should have been done in the first place! I will add that I found the quoting process very professional and that's why we went with them and also that they are "supposed" to be the experts in verandahs!"

Very professional and efficient. Provided regular progress updates for all stages and work completed on time. Extremely satisfied with their workmanship and service. The new addition looks great and everyone who sees it are very impressed.
