No family change rooms here. And they only do direct debit. Siblings of kids have to pay to swim even at 1yr old, if you are a paying member or are paying for swim classes for your other child! [redacted due to offensive language]! Stupid rules-for E.g: parents have to physically be in the water with the kid, not just watch from the side. You also have to put an armband on kids under 5. Also I saw a disabled girl defficate and urinate naked in the showers n complained but no action was taken- she is there every week, this poor girl needs proper care and deserves to shower away from the public eye!
Cafe shuts at 1pm. Facility's are old and ratty.
Had to put pants over my childs swimwear for the creich! The slide is barely ever open and they NEVER turn on any of the water fountains for the kids!
The upgrades won't affect the current pools, it's for the new YMCA building next door! Staff can give you rude looks sometimes too... I would never recommend this place.

love the pool , gym and creche . All staff but one are friendly , helpful and happy!!!!!! . Marg..et scrims..... smokes in front of the widows outside the creche room , she is also very rude to customers who don't understand the system . Bites thier heads off instead of explaining . I rate the gym but stay away from miss M !! .
