Very rude!!!! And not kind to dogs either(((

The best dog groomer in this area. Very happy with the styling and the extra cute touches. Love the scent of the perfume they use.

After searching around and calling up numerous places, Murphy's Paw was the last on the list but as they say - always save the best til last! Ever since Mojo's first visit as a pup, the staff have always been super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable every time. Mojo loves going to visit them - he would literally pull on the lead just to get inside the store, and would always come out fresh and fluffy and feeling like a new man (dog)! Best dog groomers around and what a treasure to find!!

Murphys Paw used to be fantastic. I would frequently visit to wash my dog in the diy tubs out the back. They were always so well stocked and great value. New owners took over several months ago and the place has gone downhill.There is about half the stock on the shelf and when my husband did take the dog for the DIY dog wash, the first time they had nothing but the shampoo. The second time they said they are no longer doing it. Well we didn't bother with a third time. Its a shame it used to be a great local little business in an area where not many people have yards to be able to wash their pooches.

If my dog is happy, I'm happy. And when my dog looks great too, why not share it.
New owners have bought the business and we couldn't be happier.

If you are a dog lover this is the place to go to groom and treat your pampered pooch. They have do it yourself dog wash facility, or they will do it for you. Great gift and treats for our friends with paws.

Everything your read here about this place is absolutely true. They're fantastic. Our dog is disabled. So normally a trip to the groomer also means several days afterwards when she's very lame. Usually because she's strained her bad legs by trying to scrabble out of the bath (which she hates) plus hours in a cramped cage doesn't help. Here she came home full of beans. No hint of any more lameness than normal. Sporting a fine pink scarf and a beautiful shiny coat.

I have a 10 year old Maltese Shitzhu who is an absolute handful to bath or clip. He has been black listed from most 'Bayside' groomers, except Murphy's Paw. They are more than happy to look after him and have spent many hours over the past few years grooming him. They are patient and kind to him, but they are also very good at keeping him under control when he gets a bit out of hand. It only takes a few hours to do him and he always emerges looking happy, respectable and donning a new neck scarf every time. They actually keep a 'report' card of his behavior which they update each time so we can keep track of how he's going. My only criticism is that I think they charge me more than the standard fee because he is so difficult, but I guess I should feel lucky because they are the only groomers who will accept him! I should mention that I drive from Rye to Port Melbourne to have him groomed at Murphy's Paw!

The service at Murphy's Paw is fab, the staff are so helpful and kind to the animals, why would you go anywhere else. We drive from Mentone to Port Melbourne to have our dogs groomed by Narelle.

I've been to other groomers before and wanted to try somewhere different as my dog seemed scared of going. But at Murphy's she isn't scared and loves going there to be pampured. They have great products, and GREAT prices for the amazing job they do on your dog.

My dogs can be quite timid. I used to use a different groomer and couldn't understand why they hated it. However, at Murphy's Paw I don't have the same problems as they absolutely love going there.

I have been taking my dog to Murphy's Paw for a number of years now and have been very happy with the grooming result on ever occasion except 1. The Service is always friendly, and arrangements are usually accommodating.

I take my spoodle and schnoodle to Murphy's Paw regularly. My dogs really like going there and you can tell that they are genuine dog lovers. I have tried a number of groomers in the inner city area but I will now stick with Murphy and his crew.

I take some of my clients dogs to Murphy's Paw and they are great! The dogs aren't stressed when I drop them there or pick them up and the dogs don't have to stay there all day. It's hard to find a grooming salon where the dogs are treated well...
