Where do we start with the positive reviews for MW Homes?
From the initial consult with Mark and Chris to the very end we felt that the whole team at MW wanted the very best for us. I was on the phone to Chris nearly everyday with questions and he answered every call. Chris worked with us on each issue that arose and nothing seemed out of their ability to fix or amend. Chris had solutions for everything. All the tradesmen/women were friendly and did quality work. Particular mention to the electricians Steve and Zac, the carpenters Dave and Greg, the caulker Jaz, the tilers and Ata the painter. Chris had ideas to improve our designs and ways that we could save money on other areas. He knew our expectations and our budget limitations. I just cannot thank everyone enough MW have transformed what was a dull, Californian bungalow with many rooms to an open, bright, spacious, beautiful family home. We still have further renovations to complete and MW will be doing these future projects.

Everyone we dealt with, from start to finish, were amazing. When they said they would be there, they were. The work they did was fantastic, always polite, cleaned up at the end of the day. Nothing was too hard for them, even when I changed a few things. We would highly recommend them to everyone.

It has been a pleasure working with you. Neither my partner or I were the renovation types, and we had heard all the horror stories. From the moment I met Mark at the initial consultation, I knew this was a professional company and was put at ease straight away. Before even signing up, Mark was willing to take the time to scope ideas and choices to reduce costs to assist meeting our budget without compromise to the overall design.
Throughout the bathroom renovation project, that professionalism never wavered. Everyone, including sub-contractors, arrived when they said they would, were professional, had a great attitude and willing to answer any questions I had. Chris, the site manager communicated often, and we easily navigated a few decisions along the way with no fuss at all.
The workmanship is first rate and I’ll have no hesitation in choosing MW Homes in the future. In the meantime, the parents will be locking themselves in the bathroom and the kids can have the house!

Thank you MW Homes! What an amazing result! Not only has this quality renovation made us smile every morning and made laundry/washing duties a pleasure, it has also has added future value to our property as a whole.

It wasn't an easy feet with our challenging steep driveway access and having to deliver our renovation during a pandemic with unprecedented construction lockdowns, restrictions and constraints with the upmost care and consideration.

Site manager Chris was a gem, keeping us at ease with constant contact, updates and photos keeping us in the loop the entire way though, making us very comfortable with the entire process.

MW homes completed our en-suite bathroom renovation in early August 2021, within the expected time-frame and budget. Mark provided professional advice and excellent service, well supported by a fantastic team including Victoria, Dave, our dedicated Site Manager Chris and their trades team delivering timely plumbing, tiling, electrical and painting services, resulting in a finished en-suite bathroom which exceeded our expectations. We will definitely use MW Homes for our next renovation project for our kitchen in the near future.

MW Homes completed my renovation with a minimum of fuss, within the specified time-frame and to an excellent standard. They were professional from start to finish and communication was good. From the quoting phase, Mark immediately showed that MW Homes is a professional and experienced company. From my first telephone call with Victoria, I was impressed. She was forthcoming and clear regarding process and even gave me the details of another builder who could do some preparatory structural removal of walls.
The renovation comprised:
1. the near impossible task of turning a powder room into a full bathroom.
2. A new kitchen/laundry including the reconfiguring of doorways and windows.
3. Considerable replastering along with a complete repainting of the entire house.

Mark's communication with me at the planning stages was very professional. He was generous with his time and dealt pleasantly and patiently with my many changes of mind over a period of months.
When the works began, the members of the team were all exemplary. From Chris' first walk through with Mark and myself, it was clear that the job would be well managed.
Right through the process, Chris double checked the fine details with me to ensure no costly and time consuming mistakes were made. His team did excellent work.
Daniel the carpenter and his offsider Zoltan, plumber Ted, electrician Steven and painter Ata are all to be commended for a very fine job indeed. They all dealt with me and my family with consideration and responded to my often fussy concerns with a smile.
I have dealt with a number of builders and architects over many years and I can honestly say that my experience with Mark and his team has been the the most seamless and best. I can also say that the job was completed pretty much on time and the finished product is very fine indeed.

From receipt of your detailed quote outlining what would be completed, we knew we were dealing with a professional company. What can we say, except a fantastic company to work with, very professional, top quality trades people and exceptional communication. Chris the site manager kept us fully updated daily so that we were across what was happening and ensuring everything ran smoothly and on time. The whole team including Dave in the office were fantastic and easy to work with. We would absolutely recommend the MW Homes team without hesitation. We are very happy with the end result.

MW homes just finished my new kitchen on time & on budget. It looks fantastic! I had a few ideas and Mark had a few ideas and a lot of experience. His suggestions were totally spot on and made all the difference. He is backed by the most professional, competent and tidy team. They left my home completely cleaned. It took all the stress out of renovating. Oh and did I mention their standard was 10/10 I hv already recommended MW homes and will continue to do so as it is so hard to find good builders.

5 stars are not really enough for MW Homes. Renovations can be stressful, but I have to say, the whole experience was stress free, even during a pandemic! All staff and tradies had incredible attention to detail (more than me, which is saying something), were approachable, tidy, understanding and friendly. Nothing was too much for them. Chris was amazing in ensuring everything ran smoothly, that the work along the way was continually immaculate and on track. Every detail was always run past me so there were never any surprises I knew when and who was on site with ample notice. These guys are certainly a well oiled team. Can't fault them and will happily approach them again for any future projects. They have met my expectations and then some.

Absolutely outstanding is the only way to describe the service, quality outcome and overall experience dealing with Mark and the whole team at MW Homes for our three bathroom renovation. Until now, we have never given a five-star review, but from Mark’s first inspection and quote through to the final result, we were continually impressed by the professionalism, friendliness, approachability and “nothing is too much trouble” attitude the whole team delivered.

We had three bathrooms to do, each with their own unique challenges and issues, and the final result easily surpasses our expectations, which were high to start with. It was a real pleasure to have the team in the house, and we felt Danny and Zoltan (who were on the job most days) became like members of family, dealing with questions from both us and our kids.

We were fully informed about what was happening at every stage. Remarkably, the job was completed exactly on time, even though we made some changes along the way. The carpenters and sub-trades did an outstanding job, including the plumbers, electricians and painters. And even though we got three bathrooms done, the work was staged to perfection with very little disruption to our daily lives, despite all the challenges of COVID and working from home. The rest of the house was also kept spotless for the duration.

We would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Mark, Chris and the team at MW Homes to anyone. We cannot imagine having a better and smoother experience. All of the stress typically associated with renovations just didn’t arise this time around.

Mark and his team completed our kitchen renovation and both Robyn and myself are extremely happy with result,the process took approx 8 weeks which was project managed by Chris who at all times kept us both up to date on staffing,progress of job and handled all issues that arose professionally. All tradesmen from carpenters,plumbers,electricians,painter (Ata) and plasterers were excellent and would utise their services again. We would also like to thank Mark who was our first contact for this kitchen and lastly Alex from Complete Kitchens who designed the end product.
