We shopped here over the weekend for my sons upcoming birthday party, had a fantastic range of products that were reasonably priced. Have organised them to do the helium balloons for us also.

Chris and the team at My Big Event are so helpful and have a great knowledge of product. They are very prompt at replying to emails or queries and always have other options for you if what you are after isn't in stock. The website is always up to date with their stock and the team will make the extra effort to order something from the warehouse if you are after it in particular. Chris and his team did an amazing job with our wedding invitations, zero stress and fantastic service! My fiance and I needed to get our invitations out within a week and it was absolutely no problem at all for Chris, we went into the store on the Saturday and picked out our design (and you are completely spoilt for choice), I emailed through final details on the Tuesday and they were ready for collection by Friday. I couldn't have asked for anything more! Thank you so much :)

Thank you for providing us with a couple of wonderful balloons bouquets to decorate the table for our son's 21st birthday celebration. This was done at short notice, I paid over the phone and collected them the next day - everything went without a hitch. Plus love that you are on the north side of Brisbane!
