I would recommend MFP, they were easy to work with, Warren and his team where great to deal with from start to finish. We are more than happy to recommend them to anyone who is looking to install a pool based on our experience. The pool shell was delivered prior to bank settlement :) , schedule was spot on.

We had a problem when we first installed the pool ourselves. There was a thunderstorm and it floated up one end and the sides bulged in. We called in MFP for help and they were great. Their team removed and reseated the shell to a perfect level. Thanks, guys.

The whole thing was very smooth. What particularly stood out were the guys installing the pool, they were very accommodating. The communication from the ladies in the office exceptional in every respects. The installation process was super smooth. The only negative side was the mess that that was left behind was huge (excess road base that killed our turf bit disappointing). Also make sure to have a place to get your filter pump installed as we did not expect it to be that big and ugly :-(. We agreed to have it put in our backyard, not realising it would take up so much space. The invoicing was good and again well communicated. We got our installation complete before Christmas 2018 which made the kids happy.

Overall we were extremely happy with the result. We will be more than happy for anyone to contact us to check out and look at the pool( 2 years old now) if you are undecided ;-)
