My Moovers were happy to look after us.

Terrible and unprofessional service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It’s a transport company that promises but cannot deliver! Booked MyMoovers a week earlier, got confirmation email, on the day do not turn up. Call approximately 20 times, after hanging up on me on several occasions, finally someone answers to say that one of the employees is sick. Book for next day delivery, got confirmation in writing. On the day, no sign of them. Call them again for about 30 times, as soon as I tell them the booking number, they hung up on me. Finally, after another 10 telephone calls attempts, somebody answered telling me..sorry, we are not doing the job, have a good day! I am not sure if this company is legitimate! Just don’t trust them!

Late, late, late. Called office, said they would investigate and get back to us. An hour later still no call. They hung up on us during the next call. A smaller truck than quoted turned up almost 4 hours late. They reuired an extra trip due to the smaller truck. Several items of furniture were damaged during the move.
Do not hire.

Wish I had seen these reviews before we booked!!!
Had them booked to pack our house tomorrow (Sun) and to move the following day. Got a missed call then a text message at 6pm on Sat night to say ‘they have had a truck meet with an accident!’ And wanted to delay our scheduled move by 8 hrs!!!
Who are they kidding. Wouldn’t answer my calls or text. We’ve since decided to cancel our packers as I just can’t trust them. Should have seen the writing on the wall when they wouldn’t send email confirmations.
They really need to be exposed.
Left us high and dry !!!!

This company ripped us off when they came out to our place at 8.30am and finished 10.30am and 2 people who were doing the job charged us for 3 hours instead of 2! They also damaged one of the items they moved! Then they ignored our phone calls when we tried reach them on their mobile phones. We contacted head office and head office response was ”we will look into it”, they explained that removalists who did the job at our place lied about their hours spent at our place to justify them overcharging us, after that they never contacted us back. Finally days later we caught them on the phone and they continue feeding us stories that they will look into this case and refund might be issued on Wednesday or Thursday but this hasn’t happened. They were passing our calls around and I asked for their finance department to call me back, but, as you can imagine, that wasn’t happening either. AVOID this removalists. [redacted] DISGRACEFUL service, AWEFUL customer service.

Turned up 2 hours late. Left items behind at the house we moved out of and had to do a second trip. Didn't take things to the tip as promised. Your office hung up on my calls, didn't answer or kept me on hold indefinitely. I asked continuously for extra staff to come and help with the move as I had to be at the hospital and with the two hour start delay there was no way I would get to the hospital in time. We ended up helping move our own furniture and dismantled items. Not one word of apology for the late start or thanks for helping with our own move. I contacted MyMoovers over 30 times and still no one offered a solution to speed up the process. The move took 13 hours to complete when it should have taken 3-4.

Try these numbers 0404025077, 0433071117.. Alix is there supposed complaints manager, be weary though he will lie through his teeth.. Trying to get my TV paid for and its been going on for over 12 months..

1 week later, still waiting on this Uber Eats voucher, despite MULTIPLE phone calls. Never mind that an Uber Eats voucher on a day we didn't have electricity for most of the day is one of the reasons we went with them or anything...
The removalists presented at 0900 and finished at 1335. They took a couple of short breaks which would have been more than 5 mins but less than 10 mins total. Despite this they charged us for 5 hours. I understand it should only have been 4.5 hours.
Also, initially they tried to charge us another approximately $150 for stairs and argued with me when I told them that wasn't the case. Luckily I had the email on my phone confirming this. Again, this was one of the reasons I went with them.
The removalists were slow (hence why it took 4.5 hours to move a 1br apartment with all of the furniture already pulled apart other than the Kallax to a nearby suburb). They didn't want to move our Kallax up the stairs and it was only when I asked them to pull it apart and re-assemble it upstairs that they all of a sudden found a solution to bring the Kallax upstairs.
They couldn't stop contacting me before I agreed to the move and have not bothered to respond to my multiple phone calls or emails since.
In summary: this is a company that presents itself as if it has high levels of customer service and is actually the exact opposite. DO NOT move with them.

They wont leave until you give them a good review!! don't believe anything you read here! check goggle for reviews! unsecured load and broke my big screen TV! they dont return calls, and blatantly lie to your face!! Do your self a favor and dont use them morons!
