Broke a very big, expensive item, ignoring emails for insurance, reading all other views this is what they do. Don't be fooled by professional looking website. Looks like we're off to Vcat

Incompetent does not even begin to describe this complete shambles of a company.
A straightforward one day job turned into a two day melodrama.
First of all they were 4 hours late, and then came with a smaller truck, claiming the larger one was broken down. After finally packing the truck they then wanted money for parking, and took half an hour to drive less than 1km to the new site.
On day 2 things ran a little smoother until it was time to talk money. They wanted payment over the phone without providing an invoice. It took a lot of unnecessary effort and negotiation to finally receive an invoice.
Do not consider this company at all! They will string you along with excuses, riddles, lies and pretend they don’t understand. This is a complete disaster of a company, better to pay extra for someone you can depend on.

I moved from Cairns (Queensland) with Same stuff that I am moving now. It took only 1 Hr to load them into truck then in Cairns and My Moover guys took 3 Hrs to load same stuff forcing you to pay for extra 4 hours considering loading and unloading. Transit time which is supposed to take 30 min they took 1.5 Hrs costing more.They are very slow and can cost you much more than what you expect. Don't be surprised with your final bill. Save money avoid them.

Terrible service, they were late by 1 and a half hrs. Spoke on phones a lot of the time. Didn't complete job after 8 and a half hrs. Had to collect rest of stuff myself next day. Worked so slow it was obvious time wasting and they done Two trips cause they don't load truck fully. And I still had 2 trailer loads next day to do. Unprofessional and the office never return calls to discuss concerns. They blocked my number also. The worst experience I've ever had. They are a dodgy company. Please read all low star reviews that's the real story's. Have you noticed all positive reviews contain the drivers names. Wonder why considering I never got introduced properly. No ID so I reakon most are fake done by themselves. I've emailed a current affair with info.

My move was a straight forward 2.2km move and we had already removed 2 shipping containers of belongings. Previous moves have taken 6-7 hours maximum. Somehow the 2 MyMoovers removalists managed to stretch the job out for 11 hours. As we were charged by the hour I felt really taken advantage of. They men were careful however it was clear they were wasting time. Unfortunately I would not recommend

AVOID MY MOOVERS AT ALL COSTS!!

Damaged goods and then refused to take phone calls when I tried to contact them to resolve the issue! They were very slow and tried to drag on the booking for as long as possible (they are paid by the hour), and then when it came to unloading the truck, they broke the leg off a coffee table, marked a chair, broke a frame and put a huge gash in my floor length mirror!

DO NOT BOOK THEM! THEY WILL BREAK YOUR GOODS AND THEN BLOCK ANY FURTHER CONTACT YOU!

Currently going through VCAT to try and obtain some sort of compensation.
