The two men who came were excellent.
They arrived on time, were most courteous and time efficient. 2 bedroom house had to be moved but they did an excellent job carrying the couches down a flight of stairs and packed into their truck.
There was no delay in delivering the furniture and putting it into place at the other end.
I would certainly recommend "My Moovers" if that is an example of how the company operates. Thank you team!

Booked in with these guys after a few recommendations from people who have used them before, and also after considering much bigger removalist companies, and can say that I was really glad that I chose MyMoovers
I was moving a small two bedroom unit, with some very heavy furniture.
The guys turned up on time, and after a quick assessment of what was required got started on the job.
Nothing was a problem for these guys, they were calm and friendly throughout.
They worked quickly, but most importantly they also worked carefully.
I was really concerned about some of my more delicate furniture getting scratched or damaged, but they covered all furniture with blankets to make sure it was protected and made sure they took extra care with the items I was most concerned about.
After hearing horror stories of removalists who purposely worked slow to ensure that they charged you more, I was really pleased to see that these guys worked hard to get the job done in the timeframe quoted to me on the phone.
I would highly recommend, and will use these guys without hesitation the next time i move.

Arrived on time and worked non-stop to get it finished.
Everything was packed and unpacked well with no damage to either our property or our new house.

Sorry to say that our experience has been nothing but problematic! After eight weeks of waiting, with weekly phone calls and emails to chase our missing items which have been misplaced by the removalists. Understandably things go wrong however the service received afterwards has been disgusting! The customer service team, including the manager ignore your phone calls, hang up on you when you actually get through! They have made numerous promises to return our items to no avail! As a nice person, we thanked the drivers with small tokens of or appreciation to thank them on the day only to be treated in such a poor manner! Consider your options!!!
Just checking around as they lost my bag of clothes and movie's in black CD cases also my 2 lounge cushions did you receive any of these things by mistake they have multiple different business names but are all linked

Don’t put yourself thru the heartache!! Our move was booked for 12.00 - 12.30pm. At 1.00pm I called to get an update. None was provided except to say I’ll call you in 10 minutes. At 2.00pm I called again to ask for an update. Finally around 2.45 pm they advised that the truck will be at my home by 5.00pm. Just after 5.00pm the truck did arrive and after one hour of looking at the belongings and constant communication with the office, the advised that the truck was too small for all the stuff and that another truck was on its way. At 6.45 pm the same truck returned saying that they could not complete the move today but could send the truck back in 2 days time. Clearly I said no! What an absolute waste of my day! Don’t waste your time with this company.
Best move I have ever had. Leinus and Collins are guns. Very professional, reliable and knew the technique very well. Managed to move everything in a reasonable time and in intact condition. Will offer more business of family and friends very soon. Great job guys.
Worst move I've ever had. Wrong truck, careless workers, broken glassware, didn't lift properly nor secure furniture at all. Found my outdoor chairs outside after I paid them so they didn't even finish the job! Not at all impressed. Would NEVER recommend to anyone I know.

They were very polite, worked on a hot day without complaining.
They did a fantastic job for me.
Moved everything safely.
No damages reported.
Would certainly use them again and would highly recommend to friends and family.
