I did 3 sessions for fear of flying and on my first flight to Europe, it went really well! I was a little nervous prior to the flight on the day and when boarding, but after the initial take off and being in the air for no longer than 10 mins I was totally calm, and remained that way for the entire flight. I was able to watch movies, read a book and sleep, which, well in recent years i haven’t been able to do anything but freeze and panic.

To add to this my general anxiety around lack have control has really eased off, I would get anxious and worried in an elevator, or in times of no control, but now i am not phased, and I mean to the point where i jumped off a mountain in Chamonix in France and went paragliding, which was fantastic!

I really want to thank you mate, i fly to Europe again in 2 months and I’m actually looking forward to it so thank you.
