I started seeing George late last year for general anxiety which had gradually been building over the previous months. George explained the science and linkage between these feelings of anxiety, how I was seeing the world and the fight or flight primitive response. Since beginning sessions with George some few months back I've unlocked new mental and energetic faculties for addressing personal challenges that had existed for years. I was living a mentally and physically abusive relationship for 5 years. I was madly in love with my partner and did not know how to handle our relationship as the violence and the abuse grew worse everyday along with the my ex partners controlling nature. My two sessions with George have already changed my attitude towards how i am in work with co-workers and how i deal with friends and family. I was suffering from severe anxiety in relation to public speaking and had tried various other methods without success.
