Dr Suh is amazingly gentle and thorough. Plenty of time is allowed for treatment and he is always punctual. Steph is a wonderful nurse and receptionist - always ready to make time for someone in need.
The practice is modern and efficient, yet the pricing is incredibly reasonable.

The best dental experience I have ever had! Dr Suh is very thorough and very gentle. The atmosphere is cosy and friendly with relaxing music and videos you can watch while waiting and during your treatment. I have had a routine dental checks with them since they opened, the initial xrays showed small area of decay but we decided to monitor for back then. On another routine check up this month, he suggested to take xray to monitor and he picked it up that my decay is progressing and if he did not pick it up on xray today, this could have turned into a disaster and needs root canal therapy. Luckily he found it before it's too late and now it just needed filling. He applied gel to numb the gum before actual injection of local anaesthetic so it was really nice. I had scaling done with him 3 times already and lots of small filling and 1 major filling today and he has very gentle hands and I did not feel much at all.
Dr Suh also explains thoughly what is going to happen with my treatment prior and during the process, so I know exactly what to expect and what is happening to my tooth, why I need this treatment and the cost. Dr Suh and Stephanie is such a good team and I can see that they have put so much effort to give client the best and fear free experience. I highly recommend My dentist West Ryde.
