I lived in the area my whole life and i have to say there has barely been a reconisable upgrade to this store in those years. the store is in desperate need of a face life and needs to be better organised as everything feels like its jammed in there. and you also have to go looking for help if you need it, theres never anyone around when you need them.

Possible the worst Myer store ever! Dirty, disorganised, dark and dated. It is not uncommon to stand at any of the cosmetic or perfume counters for at least 5 minutes before being given the once over by a member of staff. On a good day, they may decide to serve you, in an obnoxious, condescending manner – other days you may not be so lucky and may be completely ignored. Not a good look for a reputable chain.
