Shopping at Myer Miranda is not a good experience what so ever and I highly recommend to customers to seek out alternative Myer stores/alternative department stores. All you will receive here is very bad customer service and accusations of fraudulent behaviour from the assistant store manager. I experienced a very disappointing encounter at the Myer Miranda, and the staff treated me with disdain and disrespect. I was quoted one price on a item, and then I was about to be charged a much higher price when I went to pay for the item. Rude, unhelpful and accusatory staff is what you will receive at Myer Miranda. I flagged my issue with customer service, who referred me back to the store who ignored my complaint entirely. I had to contact them multiple times to get any kind of response to my complaint. When I finally received a call from the store manager, I did receive an apology for the "misunderstanding" but still basically got told that I was dishonest and fabricating the entire incident. For a major business like Myer to have no complaint resolution system in place and to treat disgruntled customers so poorly is not only shocking but it is disgraceful. Shop some where else, the customer experience will undoubtedly be a better one than what happened to me.

Myer at Miranda us always bust when I go. He stock at he moment is crazy everywhere in ladies underwear. Bras n stuff. But I got a discount bargain on some thermals! Worth a look. But the dissapointing thing wasthe staff are always unhappy looking and unless make their job easier by getting your stuff and not ask questions or they just say its all out on the racks. This seems to be atypical of store people lately. Its rare to find someone who will actually give it a go and assist you. Maybe they've forgotten that their very job is based on shop assistant roles from a bygone era but nonetheless it is based on assisting the customer. I've since learnt that the Myer in the city gets most of the stocks I need and the dissapointing thing is that I never go to the city. So Myer is fast losing a customer because of the lack of variety of specific sized undergarments. The shelves were looking really disheveled and dusty when I popped in last week. Sorry to say but there was not a lot of staff cleaning. Maybe more staff are needed. I'm not impressed most times I go to Myer so I'm happy to go elsewhere for better selection and happier and more helpful staff.

quality of goods is great but a bit expensive even when on sale. some times there is nobody available fr customer support.

I have bought alot of clothes over the years from Myer, they are generally well priced and the staff are very helpful in locating what you need

Really depends on what department you are talking about when it comes to service, quality and price. Cosmetics cannot be faulted on all three, particularly the women at Chanel. Electronics is lacking in range and service.
