the problem with myer city dispite that it's got amazing products and brands and really nice managers is that it normal salesmen are not always in a good mood and smiling

Myer in the city has excellent customer service, staff who know their product and if they aren't sure of something, they'll happily find out for you. The range is amazing with great specials every day.

Just wanted to comment on the service i received at miss shop. even with the flurry of the sales the staff in the fitting room were courteous and helpful and even got a different size for me (which NEVER happens). Thanks!

good selection and price. good service, plenty of room and seating. enjoyable experience and staff leave you alone. clean lifts and very hygienic.

This is a good store. However, they were understocked after christmas for almost 2 months. I went there a few times but couldnt get anything. The prices are normally ok, but they are a better value if you can go when they are having a sale.

The staff are very helpful (in the makeup section) and they were very kind to me and taught me about the product I was asking about.

Shopping experience not as good as David Jones. Not as good service. The clothing is still very good at Myer.

I went to buy some Berlei bras in the intimate apparel section. There were not enough staff on a Thursday night to help customers and they didn't have any stock in my size as it was sold. I had to order some in.

Even though, the products are so expensive, I can find many high brands easily there. And, during their sale I found many chances to buy what I liked before and could not buy because of its high price.

A great range of clothing and everyday items. Very handy when you want something specific. The city store is the best.
