Myer is always great! I love the customer service that Myer provides, each and every single department. I regularly shop from Mac, the basement and cue and all the staff members are always very friendly and helpful.

The difference between David Jones and Myer is that David Jones has the service that beats Myer hands down. Myer have the product but don't have the staff to match. It's very disappointing and it's the case in all Myer stores

I had broken my shoes on the weekend, right outside myer so i was lucky enough to go inside and buy myself a pair of thongs. It was busy but they didnt have enough staff to help out.

the price of the things were really expensive however the customer service quality was at its best pace the quality was normal as we get in normal stores with ridiculas price

Myer's location is in the middle of the CBD and I think it's the biggest Myer in Sydney. The staffs are usually helpful. One thing lacking from Myer CBD is their placements of cash registers; sometimes it's hard to find it. The products are in high quality and the prices during sales period are crazily cheap. Always spend hundreds of dollar during their sales period.

Always a great place to shop. Located in the heart of the CBD. Always a variety to choose from- from clothes to cosmetics to electronics. Anything. You name it.

A convenient location. The shop is spread over 2 buildings so can take a while to get around the whole thing. Good selection of products and good sales each year.

I have purchased lot of clothes from Myer. Good discount and excellent customer service. The product is of high quality so just name is enough... Few clothes of Myer does not get spoiled for long time...

Huge range no matter what you are looking for. Some renovations are taking place at the moment in the fragrance/makeup level. Service is really disappointing as usual for Myer. Not enough staff to help/cope with the number of people. The fitting rooms are a nightmare....clothes everywhere, always have to wait for aaaaages to get to try clothes on. Value is what you would expect although good when the sales are on.
