Myer tend to have the worst customer service compare to DJ. Some SA are ignorant, rude and not willing to help out. However, I am finding that more SA esepcially in women's section are improvingand more keen to help out. However, Myer needs more change room, better system to clear out stocks and so on, the place can get so messy especially sale time.

Myer Sydney is pretty big with 6 dedicated levels for departments. These levels are accessible via 6 lifts and a central escalator system and the layout is pretty straightforward. There are also many 'checkouts' throughout each level. Service is expected but the Apple department (lvl6 ) has extra staff on hand to help you with your computing decision. Don't pay RRP but wait for weekly specials or stocktake sales (especially after Christmas).

Really like this store - great variety of goods and decent prices compared to David jones. Good layout of store and customer service is decent, however it could improve. the sales are great

This store is pretty good and seems clean. It does seem messy at times though especially in the miss shop. The staff are reasonalbly friendly but they could improve. The overall shopping experience was good though.

Good general department store with a good range of products - sometimes hard to find a shop assistant to get help with purchases but generally ok and good pricing.

Overall a reasonable Department store - has most things though not as competitively priced as it used to be - hard to find an assistant at times if you need help- change rooms not very stroller friendly.

Not as many varieties or labels as Melbourne. Customer service can be quite slow, but I guess I've always gone during peak hours. During Christmas, it was much too busy, which a lot of the esculators not being able to be used due to human traffic control? It was very slow to get out of. However all the cashiers are polite and friendly.

verry slow on customer service. Need more, much more staff in peak periods. Most things on sale i.e 50% off marked price - do not ring up automatically at register. I dont shop there anymore unless I have to.
