After spending a week lying on the floor for having a horrible lower back ache where I have to take painkiller, relaxant and inflammatory pill, I had been to chiro, physio and osteo and none fix my back problem. Until I saw Jon in WOMO in my own neighborhood, it is the only thing I have not tried and thank God I did. It helped tremendously and he knows where is is the tight spot.
