I was using this site for many years, most of the surveys worked, I got points and redeemed points for gift cards. Suddenly in the last few weeks they suspended my account permanently for multiple violations. I did not do any violations. They do not give you a reason, it's all a secret, and in their Terms & Conditions it says they can do what they want, when they want and don't have to tell you a thing.
That is such poor service and what's the secrecy about a person's own account and telling the person what they think they did. You will never know why they do what they do or if they had a reason to do what they do. Stay away from this site, you will be wasting a lot of your time and they'll pull that on you.

I'm not sure if this site is a scam or not but I did my first 1000 points and they allowed me to get the $10 woolies gift card. I am still a bit sketched out about it so I dont know if I will keep doing it but they did give me money so idk.

I cannot recommend this business each time I start a survey which initially seems legitimate from the beginning of a survey they get the info no doubt to sell on then say you dont qualify for for the survey ! today it was about shopping coles, woolies iga /super iga and Aldi Sorry like so many people on the net have complained this is a scam I am reporting this to the Scam watch govt site

After completing multiple surveys to be awarded a $50 voucher, I was logged out during the redemption process and advised my account would be terminated.

used to be a good site - well paying & regular surveys. had my account 'terminated' twice (once the ONLY thing i did was redeem my balance in paypal 'rewards') & the second time for no reason at all aside from the generic 'violation' of their 'terms & agreements' or answering the surveys fraudulently/incorrectly which i did not.
if anything, the surveys offered many a time do not pay even after completing the whole thing honestly!
i would never recommend such a fraudulent site - worst part is, they keep whatever you've accumulated if they decided to 'terminate' your account randomly!
stay away, there's much better!!

This is a scam site. They don't let you redeem your points and cancel your account as soon as you try. I saved up a hundred dollars in points and went to redeem and they said I had cancelled my account- I'm pretty sure the redeem points page and the cancel account page wouldn't be something a person could mix up or that they would be on the same page what so ever. When I sent them emails about my account cancellation which came up when I tried to log in again after trying to redeem my points it said I had had my account cancelled due to a breach on my part and then when I emailed them about it they sent me a generic message saying they were sorry I had decided to opt out of my account-two very different things resulting in the same outcome- no cashing out and working for free.

Liars.. that's the only word I can use.
Customers/members honestly fill out surveys, give opinions and get rewards points. Then when trying to cash out the points they cancel your membership saying you have lied during surveys and have several accounts.
Do not bother signing up with them.
I had over $200 that once I tried to cash out got response that I was cheating and my account was cancelled with no possibility to finish the cash out process.

Like everybody says. They will terminate your account when you try to redeem. No.1 con job. Made some small redemptions earlier with no issues. But when trying to redeem $20 (instead of $10), the account gets blocked and terminated. Seriously a big dissappointment

Brilliant survey web site to earn extra $$$$ whilst sitting watch tv....been a member for many years...cash in over $800 ... didnt do surveys for over a year and recently started again my cash balance is coming along nicely

I haven't had any issues so far with this site and I have been with them for a long time. Have cashed in points for instant cash which is great. A little concerned about some recent reviews I have read on here so I will have to see what happens

SCAM! They shut down people's accounts at any time for no reason and run away with your points. Company needs to be investigated.

this is a very slow way to make a dollar every now and then but other then that i feel like it is a waste of time.i have never ever got any rewards or anything of purpose from them.

They used to be good but not any more. Recently, they have been terminating account if you trying to redeem. Reason being if you have the same account with this company called SSL across multiple site. You will definitely be blocked. I didn't know that how could any consumers know they are from the same company right ? None of their website state this clearly upon registration. If you want to see some evidence see below

I THINK THIS SITE IS A SCAM. Did enough surveys to get $50 worth of points. The second I tried to cash out it says "we are currently experiencing problems". The next time I try to sign in my account has been terminated FOR NO REASON. Coincidentally the minute you want to get paid your account is deleted.

Not the one of the best survey sites but not one of the worst either. Disapointed about instant win game being disabled and message posted in it place "working hard to reconfigure to give even more chances to win". Said it should be ready for september 15. Then after september changed to no given date but still above message. Then after waiting a year removed game all together mid 2016? Site not as good as it use to be. Disapointed

Used to be good, with great surveys etc. Now all is does is cut you out at the end of the survey saying you do not meet the criteria after they have basically got all the opinions out of you ! Screening should take place at the start of the survey, if you do not qualify then it cuts you out, not right at the very end when you have spent ages answering every repetitive question asked! When you add up the time you spend doing these surveys and what you get, it's best to go to other survey providers. There are far better out there than this one .

I always get sent emails with surveys and the the best thing is if you are screened out of the survey, you still get 20 points. Some of they surveys have been very interesting too. You don't get quick surveys very often - maybe once a year. I like how every Sunday I can win awards - it's like a lucky draw. Most the time I only win 2-5 points, but I have one 20 a couple of times and 100points once. You can no longer transfer points anymore, however you can get egift cards. I used one today for the first time. At first when I logged in today to claim a gift card, I was a bit nervous it wouldn't work. I picked a big chain gift card for a supermarket, bc I always go. Anyways, went today and it worked. No printing, just need 3G on your phone. I was happy.

One of my favourite survery websites. They are constantly sending surverys suited to you so you will qualify to a majority and they are never too long or hard. The questions are easy to respond to and they layouts are easy to follow. The rewards are fair and it is easy to accumulate enough points to do a points transfer to their partner site Rewards Central or to use on a giftcard/cash out to paypal.

A great little survey site. Good surveys with a paypal option, which I love. There is an instant win option too, where you can win a heap of points. However, I love even more how you can transfer the points to RewardsCentral and get for bang for your points. I recommend highly.

This is a useful survey website, which provides easy to complete surveys and also provides great promotions and competitions such as winning $5000.

i joined this company in late march and was surprised how fast I could earn points and convert them into cash and just a few weeks ago I converted 2200 points to paypal for cash and that was a great feeling and hope that It doesn't take long for me to get there again

This is another good survey site that has fairly regular surveys come though. The time and points allocated are on par with other companies. They have an instant win game that you can play once a week to earn bonus points.

I've been a member of this site for a short while now and have actually been getting more surveys as the time goes on. At first I got screened out of a few, and I found some of the questions rather conflicting.

But, as the time goes on I'm starting to see some points mount up. Certainly not an "instant money winner" but if you stayed on here a lot, which I haven't done as yet, I reckon you could do well.
