My kids love coming to swimming lessons. I love the small class numbers per class which gives more concentration on each child. i also love the leniency given when unable to attend a class.

Good experience overall. Teachers seem knowledgeable and interested. Our son clearly improves each session. Also like the way spare teachers take the kids to increase their instruction/student ratios. Not very sure of how the progress structure works

Extremely friendly and understanding. Welcomed us right away, gave us suitable times and the teachers are very friendly and patient with the kids

The pool is clean and modern. The teachers are lovely and engage the children well. My boys have both made great progress whilst attending Myswim. The staff in the office are very friendly and do their best to accommodate your needs.

The facilities are always top notch, the office staff are always accommodating with any queries, plus the instructors are always paying attention and directing. It is always a pleasure to see my girls come out of the pool with a smile:)

Having my kids here is a great experience for them. They have improved a lot at swimming. They love their instructor's and have fun learning new things. The staff are very co-operative, helpful and friendly. I like the idea of the make-up lessons whenever we can't attend, so we don't loose the money that was paid for the lessons. Also I like how they assess the improvement level of each child very frequently, so they can get more of their lessons

I had previously used other big named swim schools for my two daughters with little success. Since joining with My Swim Bass Hill, both my daughters have progressed 4 levels in less than a year. The staff are wonderful and easy to work with. I would recommend this swim school to anyone!!

Have been increasingly impressed by the high quality swim lessons my daughter has been receiving the past few months. Enthusiastic, skilled and knowledgable teachers provide excellent lessons developing water safety and swimming skills! I Highly recommend this swim school!

After completing 3 terms of swimming lessons at another swimming centre, my now 5yo daughter just wasn't making any progress. She still had no confidence with getting her face in the water, even after we put her with different instructors. We needed a patient yet at the same time firm swimming instructor who would be able to help my daughter combat her biggest challenge. I'm so thankful I found MySwim. The pool is great & instructor Karin is awesome. She is experienced, patient & at the same time firm. She is the first instructor that I've come across who has actually openly addressed the issue with my daughter, explaining to her why the water does go up her nose, telling her that even though water may feel uncomfortable on her face, it won't hurt her. She doesn't ignore the issue like many others, she addresses them. On her 4th lesson my daughter was able to blow proper bubbles with her whole face in the water for a good length of time. Definitely a breakthrough & I'm positive we would not even have reached there had we stayed at the previous centre. She has a lot more fun too. Highly recommend Karin at MySwim!

I'm struggling to find a swimming lesson for 3 of my kids, I consider lucky to found Myswim.
My little one growing her confident inside the water, enjoy the water even more.
My other two, just love the swim even more. The teacher is really friendly and strict to them (I love it)
Last but not least, it so flexible to get a make up lesson if your kids is sick or unable to make it due personal reason.

I will miss MySwim swimming lessons from Blacktown as they are now relocated in Bass Hill. All the best guys in your new business location.
