OH MY GOD! GELATO HEAVEN IS HERE!... N2 is always changing and introducing new flavours but some of my favs are the lemon lime bitters OR salted caramel creme brulee OR not so rocky road.
Their gelato stands out for its syringes of flavour, or their decadent looks. It is a taste thing as well as a visual thing.

I have always loved N2, it's a fun ice cream experience where each serving is made to order using liquid nitrogen. Their flavours change often (fortnightly?) however I find that they are getting less inventive and tend to repeat popular flavours a lot these days. At around $10 a pop, it is expensive but you get a generous amount of smooth, delicious ice cream in every cup, and many of them include something extra like a syringe filled with ganache, or a torched creme brulee top. They are also open late which is great for dessert after dinner.

N2 is a very interesting place to try as the gelato is made out of nitrogen but I believe it is a little overpriced for such a small serving. Good to experience nonetheless!

This place is super cool - it is kind of like a science lab and they make the gelato up with the nitrogen so it's quite different to all the other icecream shops.

They have all sorts of unusual flavours (but yummy), with cool toppings presented in unusual ways. eg. ganance in a syringe. They also do dairy free in some varieties which is great (as well as gluten free and i think maybe sugar free).

The price is not bad considering how much a scoop of icecream/gelato is regardless of where you are!

N2 Extreme Gelato is a very awesome place to buy some fancy gelato. The gelato is actually made with nitrogen.

So cool! I had an ice cream cookie burger. Kind of odd but tasted really good. All the staff here wear laboratory coats and it's quite quirky and different.

Their is a flavor for everyone at N2 Extreme Gelato. The kids always ask to go there for a quick treat during summer. My favorite is their Caramel Apple Toffee.

Awesome, interesting desserts with a menu that changes all the time. When I was here they were doing ice-cream burgers, they were yummy! A bit of a queue but it was worth the wait!

Loved coming here! i was so excited! The ice-cream was so good, although i expected more, it was still good. I love how you can watch them make everything and it looks so cool haha. I hate that its sooooo far from me!! & Took so long to walk there. Overall, it was worth it!!

Liquid nitrogen aside, this place makes awesome ice cream desserts! They're really establishing themselves as a great place for desserts, and not just plain ice cream. I have tried a few of their different options (ferrero rocher, and almond freeze) and loved everything. There are many elements to each option, not just a scoop of ice cream, so it's fun and delicious every time. The service is good, but make sure you stand close enough to the counter to hear your name called. It can be a bit hard to know when yours is ready if the shop is packed, as it often is.
