Natalie promptly responded to my facebook message request and got me an appointment at a time and date that suited me. Her home was welcoming, loved to interact with her dog Milly. Teagan did my hair cut and blow wave which was superb. Fresh new look, restyling was at reasonable price.

I have visited Natalie's Hair & Beauty twice and have been most impressed with Natalie's skill and professionalism on both occasions. Over the years I have had my share of bad haircuts so it is a great relief to have found a hairdresser who listens to her clients and gives excellent service. Natalie is warm and friendly and has a sensible, down-to-earth approach to her work. There is no pressure to buy products or add-ons and I feel I can relax and trust her to do a good job.

It had literally been YEARS probably 4 years since I have stepped into a hairdressers and I was unsure how I felt about getting a change. I was in the hands of someone new. The girls are very welcoming and it really does feel like you are just at home having a chat. Natalie is warm, caring and understanding & WOW, I was thrilled that she picked the warmest color and the cut is light, stylish and really easy to maintain. When I leave, I am ready to book in the next appoinment because they make me feel every so good about myself, not just a customer here, you are very welcomed & look more than pretty good when you leave. Natalie's Hair & Beauty has fixed my hair after years of being unhappy with the colour. I have gone from gold to an ash blonde when my previous hairdresser insisted it was my hair that was turning the colour gold, Natalie has shown me it sure wasn't my hair!!

Natalie gave me take home advice to keeping it the colour I desire and a game plan for continuing to get the ideal colour I am after in the salon which I had never been offered before by my previous hairdresser.
