My husband and I had an appointment to open a few new accounts, we were served immediately by a lovely girl named Sandi. I can't thank her enough for being super knowledgable about NAB's products and tailoring them to exactly what our needs were, she spent an hour and a half with us and apparently WE made HER morning but it was the other way round for us! NAB staff seem very keen to help you with your financial goals and I am looking forward to a good financial relationship with them in the future. The branch itself was super clean and tidy, love the new layout it's very "open plan" with a great atmosphere. Thanks Sandi and thanks NAB Chermside!
