Gotta love a repair service that turns up when they say they will. I know that sounds simple, but it happens so rarely. Prompt and knowledgeable staff as well. Would use again if the need arose, for sure.

I'm located in Syd. I called the National Call centre number middle of June 2020t o resolve my ASKO dishwasher that is about 4 years old. Its now approaching end of August and they have my dishwasher, still no clear update what's the damage. And I got sent another invoice of over $300, for additional repair of some sort. I had already forked about $480 for a replacement of a major component, of which did not resolve the problem. Let's say, the actual 'Service' people are not calling me back but all i get is automated email from head-office asking for more money? I have called several times only to be told, " I promise, someone in Parts will call you back immediately." After more than 10 calls of this and no call backs, who in their right mind would want to donate more money to this organisation. I'm beyond mad, having three young kids, working from home... and without a dishwasher. Never repair with never.. i've learnt a timely and expensive lesson, just buy a new dishwasher.

The water leak on my 7yo ASKO Dishwasher was investigated and rectified by Technician Chris in a most efficient manner - so I am happy to recommend Nationwide's service.

I had contacted a lot of service companies all others refusing to attend an old ASKO washing machine. Nationwide had no hesitation and the ability to assess this machine. The technician (Carter) was very efficient and knowledgeable about an old machine. I was extremely happy with service and will use them again if required.

Omar come out had a look at our Miele oven, had the element in the van and repaired our oven on the same day very happy with the service we received both from the office and technician Omar. Would highly recommend.

My Bosch washing machine was leaking Carter came out replaced the door seal and was fixed on the spot great service

My Miele Oven was not heating I called and got same day service with Marsh who came out had the part in his van and my oven was fixed on the spot.

I believe this company is dishonest. They claim to be an authorised Miele repairer though are not on Miele's list of repairers. Also, they misdiagnosed my dishwasher problem for and quoted much higher for a part obtainable direct from Miele for almost half the price. Something fishy here I think.

shocking paid for my oven to be repaired 6 weeks ago, have endured 6 weeks of unanswered/ unreturned calls and still no oven a week out from christmas.worst customer service i have ever experienced when calling the 13 number.

Would not recommend these people. They are useless at customer service and are dishonest to deal with when it comes to appliance repairs. Took around 2mnths to fix a dishwasher claiming he was doing us a favour by working on it out of business hours to save us money. In the end the repairs (with his special labour discount) was going to add up to over $1000.00 which was well in excess of the value of the machine. When i put a stop to his works he returned the machine disassembled and damaged. Nice work!!!!

If I could give this clown less than a one out of five I would! I called these people on behalf of my elderly parents & after 6 weeks of trying to figure out the fault with their dishwasher and adding small amounts to the quote & offers to get to the bottom of the issue their dishwasher - i got involved and got the dishwasher back unrepaired after a dispute with a damaged front panel and screws missing form all parts of the machine. This guy is absolutely disgusting and left my parents house (my Dad is 77) swearing at them! There's a lot more to the story but at the end of the day - this guy tried to rip off a customer and is a [Retracted - offensive word] technician! Don't be fooled by the two websites and different trading names - Unfortunatley people like this make a lot of money in the first few years even if they close shop because of poor service!!
