I wish to add, that the above rating was was indeed 'required' by a representative of the Nationwide Appliance Repairs. Who rang me to say that they had received the report from the agent that attended to my fridge. He then insisted that I immediately respond to the email with the link to this site, and provide a 5 star rating, of which he then checked. and that in summary ended the conversation.
The service provided by the agent was satisfactory, but the 'coercive' manner which the other caller used to elicit a 5 star rating of which i had indeed picked up on but ran with it as to expose what I would term unethical means to boost ratings.
The service provided by the agent was satisfactory. But the ethics as outlined are as outlined somewhat questionable. As a consequence I'll not be using this company again.

Thursday night oven would not turn on. First thing Friday morning found website offering same day service. Advertised same day service unfortunately not actually available until Tuesday. Technician thoroughly tested everything, could find nothing wrong. Efficient, pleasant. Recommended.

I called Nationwide Appliance Repairs as my Bosch dishwasher was not draining. The technician checked the machine and found there was no blockage but a problem with the circuit board. Due to the machine's age he recommended not wasting money trying to fix it. He did show me a few tricks on how to trigger the machine to drain. Since he checked over the machine it has been behaving itself and draining properly. Very friendly and helpful technician that turned up on time.
