I've visited this place for a massage, and found it extremely relaxing, hygienic and rejuvenating. The service I got was great, and the quality of the massage was beautiful. The masseur knew what she was doing, and at the end of the session I found myself feeling fresh and energetic. Value is not a cheap deal; however, the masseur had a great technique and it was worth the price.

There are a few Natskin's around and I have been to this and another. They are decent but I haven't found them to be particularly special in any way. I'm not very keen on people trying to sell me other products and I got the impression that they were trying to do this. All round reasonable service.

Was given a gift certificate for a facial and was really just looking forward to relaxing. About the longest you can park anywhere nearby is two hours and I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early so when it got to 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time I was getting a bit frustrated, especially since I made a point of mentioning that I needed to be out on time.

Eventually I was asked to get changed and when I commented on the time the staff member answered back to me that they were on time. I reminded her of my actual appointment time and that I arrived early as requested and she let it go. My appointment time then had to be cut back so I could get back to my car so I was offered a free hydrating ampule.

Actual facial was nice enough, I have had both better and worse but didn't feel like it involved enough, not even a mask - but I did have a lovely scalp massage!

Following day and skin is looking clear and translucent, again I have had better looking skin after facials but also seen no real results after others.

Bit of product push but when I said I like to think about these things I wasn't pressured.

I recently received a half day spa voucher for Natskin. Although I'd had massage's and facials before, I'd never had more than one treatment a day so it was a treat! The therapist (Laura) was great, the massage was nice and the facial was relaxing. I also had a manicure which was good quality. One HUGE downside of the South Melbourne spa is the parking, on market days you can't get a spot for more than 2 hours so any treatment longer than this and you risk a fine. I was lucky and got a lift but I've had friends who have had to run out half way through treatments to get another ticket. The staff wont do this for you, as they don't want the responsibility of having your car keys, which is fine, but it does mess up the relaxation. The actual room was small and upstairs and could have been a little more plush, but oh well. Not sure if I'll return as it's a bit of a distance to travel.

Approximate cost: $80+
