Brenda is a caring and empathetic teacher / counsellor. Her skills and experience are very evident in her yoga classes and healing consultations. Highly recommended.

Brenda teaches Iyengar yoga and was actually taught my Iyengar himself she is priced well works out of home and is easy to find and the classes go for well over an hour she is also very well infromed and in tune
