Just been over to NMG and Trent helped me out with an issue I had with managing contacts (in the phone screen) in my Skoda. He was very helpful, courteous and professional. Could not recommend him enough. He is certainly an asset to NMG.
First, call on 4/2 to book car service first time with Nepean group, Operator asked which service#... I can't be advised because a car was with wife however been advised approx. 90km... The operator can't conf price and she told will check on the booked day visit. Today visited and spoke to reception and adv to check logbook available in the car. She confirmed will do, she described what will service but not said the price would and I signed documents given I didn't read because she has explained and I trusted... I got a call after two hrs. waited for and the person advised that required brake fluid change and rear wiper...I wondered about wiper as just got changed not even month for pink slip requirement with rear brake bulb. So, I denied to change wiper and was happy with brake fluid change... I waited for another more than 2hrs. and got message car ready to pick up... Surprise... NMG invoiced $700plus for service... I wondered why and if that expensive why has not been notified before... they did charge for rear brake bulb and after an argument. they took off and reduce to $488.11 because of the situation explained to the reception, however, I was not happy with this price too so escalated with Manager and response from the manager that I have signed documents so I should no price for service, even their receptionist she told them she did not advise and other staff advised me she is new in the job so must have forgotten to confirm price and service manager not helpful at all she only advised what price suppose to be then if not they charging correctly. Seriously, how would I know I am not a technician and never paid that much for cap price service. She was keep pointed out that I have signed their documents. So, I advised all of you think twice before you go service with them and check twice or more about price and what they do service your car.

Excellent service. I was nervous in purchasing my first car but the staff at Napean was extremely friendly and accommodating that I enjoyed the purchase in the end.
When I first decided to buy a new car, I was dreading it, expecting it to be like going to the dentist; a painful and expensive experience.
I must say that Matt made it the total opposite; he made the whole process an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Nothing was a problem and he was extremely patient with me deciding to change my mind halfway through. He made everything happen exactly as he said he would and on time.
Also, at first I was looking at a VW Amarok and the young VW guy was also very very good. This has been by far the best experience I have had buying a vehicle.

Firstly let me congratulate them on the level of professionalism I've encountered from everyone at the dealership and over the phone. Madison was very helpful, patient and thorough, Michelle was so quick to work out finance and solutions, Paul was amazing coming in to North Ryde to evaluate the trade-in and even Debbie, the Dealer Principal being available on the phone and email. I felt very well looked after and can't speak highly enough of the experience of buying the car from Nepean Motor Group.
On a side note I was also very impressed with the level of customer service provided (Breakfast, loan car whilst the car is serviced, starshot photo shoot etc.. ) and with all the dealerships I visit, work with and have been dealing with on a personal level they are way above anything I've encountered. This was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle and I could not have been happier with the quality of service.
The product knowledge of Stephen was outstanding and his customer service skills were brilliant, from first point of contact when I called the dealership to see if the Polo was available to calling me a few days after the sale just to confirm if I was happy with the vehicle and had any queries about it.
I'd also like to mention that the finance/insurance process of the sale was also extremely smooth and efficient thanks to Troy who was also a pleasure to deal with.

Brittany was the most helpful salesperson I have ever encountered. As this was my first new car buy I felt very unsure and overwhelmed by everything, Brittany was so understanding and helped me through every step. The best thing about her was that we are similar ages, it was great to talk to someone about my car that i could relate to and could translate all the car jargon into plain english. I have just purchased a new Golf from Penrith Volkswagen and the experience was so good I asked for the contact details of Debbie the Dealer Principal so I could advise her that Carlos and his team went above and beyond and made the entire experience very enjoyable.
I have bought four new cars in the past 12 yrs and i have to say that other dealerships could learn a lot from Carlos and his team.
Firstly, John took me for a test drive as all the other sales staff were busy and he was just very laid back and pleasant and wasn't pushy at all which is a nice change. After the test drive I was passed onto Stephen Cappello and he displayed professionalism and was very knowledgeable about the product and has since followed up to ensure all is going well and that I'm happy with the vehicle.
I then returned a week later with the intention to do a deal and this is when I met Carlos and we sat down and went through the numbers and struck up a deal. Carlos is once again very professional but also on top of that he has a very calm and comforting demeanor and is not pushy and to be honest at the end of the day I wanted to give him the deal as he was just simply a nice guy. It's the little things that you remember and the fact that Carlos organised a courtesy car for me for a few days whilst I was waiting delivery of the Golf as I had to start work again was a very nice gesture.
I think the word customer service gets thrown around a lot these days without a true understanding of what it is and what makes a customer want to part with their hard earned money and give there business to a particular organisation.
Carlos and his entire team have the right attitude and the overall feel and setting when you walk into VW Penrith at Nepean Motor Group is right on the mark in my opinion.
The entire team at VW Penrith made the process of purchasing a new car a very enjoyable one and the overall approach to customer service is evident as soon as you walk in the door and should be commended.
I take my car in for the regular services. I find the staff at drop off point very pleasant and helpful. You can even have breakfast whilst waiting for a lift or the courtesy bus. Having a courtesy bus is very good it means you do not have to rely on others for lifts.
What a great place. Lovely friendly staff very helpful and seem to be genuine. The only thing i didnt like was after the paper work was done they brought over a lady who tried to sell us tinting and other things. we said no but she continued to push. this turned me off straightaway! plus we just got the car tinted for more than $100 less than they quoted
