This is a large store with an extraordinary number of videos. Jeff and Lyn are familiar with their stock and can locate a DVD or video for you quickly. Between the two of them I believe they have seen most, if not all, of the movies in their store and can usually give you good advice. We rang them late one night about a faulty disc and was given advice on cleaning, which worked! Friendly, helpful, a large range of movies and great package deals if you are a couch potato.

Signed up at Vermont Video & DVD on the weekend, however, will not make a return. The shop smelt of stale smoke, the DVD's were in no particular order - especially the new releases, the shop was messy and highly unprofessional. As for the prices, they were exoberant, $7.95 for a new release DVD, they did have packaged deals but these were not available over the weekend, when most people hire DVD's. The DVD quality was unacceptable, but we were warned by the staff that if they were unclean they would clean it for free...thats great when you want a relaxing afternoon infront of the TV!
