I won a free session and went along to see a trainer. He was genuine, caring and helped me set some goals for myself. However the sessions were way too expensive for me so I couldn't go through with it. I did explain this at the time but I kept getting calls from them days later. This was annoying but I guess they were just doing their job. A great place for training if you have the money.
