I couldn't get my Bluetooth headset connected to my phone. This was also where I bought my Sony Ericsson handset bundled with a Virgin deal. They helped me connect my Bluetooth to my phone, even when they were having lunch. They explained the problem to me thoroughly and did it all for free, as we had bought the handset there and they gave us a free Bluetooth headset. We also had a problem with viewing Chinese on the handset, and they gave us advice about changing codes, which helped.
