i have done business there a few times although it is not not my normal newcastle bank staff were very polite service great and fast . I would go back there again as it was pleasant place to go

Went in today to open a new account and very happy with the service. Didn't have to wait in line long and had a really nice lady help me open the account (friendly,poliet and helpful).

Good location to have the bank which is on the main street. Fee's are good and different types of accounts are well set-out.
