I can honestly say Matt is one of the best and most motivating personal trainers I have come across. I think what sets Matt apart from the rest is his caring nature and his understanding of his clients needs and where they want to be with their fitness. I couldn't recommend Matt highly enough!

I highly recommend Matt to anyone who wants a motivating, supportive and passionate trainer and exercise environment! It wasn't until I started training with Matt that I was able to get the right support to reach my fitness goals!!

As someone who has always enjoyed exercise but was finding my routine a little lack luster, I found working with New Directions has really brought along a social aspect to exercise has really sparked my fitness all over again ... plus seeing more results physically and mentally are very rewarding. I have truly loved being apart of the New Directions community and look forward to my sessions every week. :)

Gen you are constantly setting the bar higher and higher. It is always a pleasure watching those weights you clean and press grow. Well done on the triathlon!

Matt is degree qualified and brings brilliant expertise to my training. After a little over six months of training I am moving faster, I am stronger and have dropped a few sizes. He is an essential component of my journey to being as fit and healthy as I can be.

I started training with New Directions last year, very unconvinced about whether I'd be good enough to keep up or actually enjoy working out. His approach proved a great match for me; he doesn't pile on pressure but he's also able to bring out potential that I didn't know was there.

I have been training with New Directions Health and Fitness for about 3 months now and love it! I joined up initially to lose weight before my wedding, but enjoy the sessions so much that I have stayed on as a regular. The trainers are great and really take the time to get to know you which I think is great as it adds a personalised touch. Definitely 5 stars from me.
