I have been a modern cloth user for many years and just recently stumbled upon Nip Naps and purchased a swim nappy.

I had ordered among others, a One Size bamboo nappy + the matching booster, however received the wrong booster. I was initially annoyed but I emailed Nip Naps to see if anything can be done about it and got a prompt email from a Louise the next day. She was very honest and said something must have gone wrong with the packing, as she had another customer with the same problem as me and assured me she will send the correct one through the post. Best customer service ever, not to mention the superb quality of nappies!

I LOVE Motherease Nappies! All of them. Best quality ever! Louise is super nice and helpful. So glade to have found them! I recommend them to all my friends and anyone who wants to try cloth nappies.
My favourite are the Sandy's fitteds. Can not go pass a good fitted nappy! They are just perfect for any baby skinny, chunky...the side snaps at the waist and legs mean perfect fit for every bub!

Very impressed by the absorbency of the wizard UNO nappy with a booster for overnight use- close to 14 hours of wear with no leaks! Louise is super helpful, very happy customer!

Louise was super patient and helpful with my all my silly questions and gave me great advice. Having tried various brands and types of cloth nappies, I find Motherease to be the best quality.

I have been very pleased with the covers (Air Flow) and have used them for nearly a year now with both my boys (2.5 & 1). They are so much better than other types I've tried - especially the cheap PVC ones which seem good for a few wears and then if they haven't torn, the elastic goes and you get leaking etc. My only disappointment has been when they stop being water proof, but I was told to only expect them to last for 4-6 months and I still think they are better than the other types, and some have lasted for longer than that.

I had one new pair which was leaking (not waterproof) and rang up Louise and explained my problem. She promptly sent me out a replacement free of charge and I haven't had any problems with that one.
Overall I have been very happy with the quality of service from Nip Naps and the promptness of receiving orders. I intend to continue to use the products - including trainer pants (which are easy to use and more absorbent than others).

I have so far used the one-size cotton trial pack from Nip Naps. To say the very least, the nappy is fantastic. It's very adjustable for my long, skinny son, and it is easy to clean. I haven't had any problems with leaks so far, which just adds to the satisfaction. The covers do a great job of holding in potential leaks, and the variety of designs and closures is great too!
I am not only impressed with the quality of the nappy, but also with the service provided by Nip Naps. I received my order much quicker than I expected, given it was very close to Christmas. I have been in touch with the company about washing in cold water, and received a very detailed response from them in return.

We used nip naps in our early efforts to trial re-usable nappies. We found the website easy to use, and delivery very prompt/efficient. The information on the website was also very helpfull in making decisions about what product to try.

Product - the wizard uno nappy is fantastic. I bought a part time package for my newborn and a starter pack for my 19 month old daughter (she had only ever used disposables before). My 19 month old would pull the nappies out of the washing pile and ask to wear the nappy, even taking her disposable off to let me really know how much she loves wearing them!! I have since purchased more nappies for her.
The nappies are easy to wash, using the clear instructions and fewer leaks on my children than I had with disposables.
Customer service has been great, Louise is prompt with advice, quotes and posting of the nappies.
