Louise is amazing, she has the widest range of products, is one of the nicest people you could find, and your order is always delivered quickly

Louise was very helpful, she posts orders quickly and her communication is very good. The nappies are great and doing the job very reliably - they seem much comfier than similar nappies I've tried from other brands. I highly recommend the "staydry" ones, as they are just the best for nappying my hard-to-nappy daughter. Thanks!

Nip Naps' customer service is absolutely fantastic. Recently, I was packing for a holiday only to realise that I had lost my daughter's Motherease Swimming Nappy (which is a great product). Louise of Nip Naps was so helpful and went out of her way to get me another pair. She took my call after business hours, allowed me to purchase the item over the phone and even to collect it that evening. I couldn't believe that I had a brand new pair of swimming nappies a couple of hours after discovering I had lost the original item. Absolutely brilliant!

Very impressed with the efficient delivery! So far very pleased with the product. Also like the package upgrade option allowing us to start with a smaller commitment and then see how we go with that.

Hi Zoe and thanks for your review. Yes, the package upgrade option is very popular! For anyone reading who's not familiar with this service basically if you purchase a smaller package and then decide you'd like more nappies you can purchase the extra nappies and receive the same discount as if you had purchased a bigger package to start with. This allows you to try out the nappies first and/or spread the cost of larger purchases out a bit. It's one of our most popular services! Louise

Motherease wizard uno's are amazing. I bought them with high expertations and they have still far exceeded them.
I thought i would still need to put my daughter in disposables at night as she is a heavy wetter but to my suprise the cloth nappies work far better and we have had no leaks since.
Fit is beautiful as if they were made just for her and so super cute.
Louse is amazing and goes far and above your usual level of customer service delivering you your five star products fast
Thanks Louise

Nip Naps provide an excellent service on an excellent product. Motherease nappies are worth every cent. I started with a different cloth nappy but moved to these. The one size option is very efficient with two children in nappies, a newborn and 20 month old - any can be used with any child.

The nappies are very well designed, the snaps are particularly good. It takes a second or two longer to do up than velcro (my washing enemy!), but it means the littlies cannot undo them. And as each nappy and cover has several snaps, you can get a good fit every time. I've never had a leak yet.

I have 36 cotton one size and several covers. Some of the inside of my covers have discoloured over time (onto third baby), but they still work 100%. The stay dry liners are very good, too. The air rikka covers are great for warmer weather (I'm in Brisbane) and also as the child cannot undo them like they could velcro.

They may seem expensive but it is a one off expense and are far superior to any disposable - no leaks and better for your baby.

The only downside is that you have to wash them!

The Nip Naps website is easy to use and has clear pictures and videos (hard to believe they really can fit from birth right through until you see it). Items are always dispatched quickly and using minimal packaging, which is great. Instructions for products are on the reverse side of the printed receipt, in keeping with the green nature of cloth nappies.

I'll be back again!

Thanks Dianna! I'm so pleased someone noticed and appreciated our efforts to conserve resources. And of course I'm thrilled you love the nappies :-)

I started looking into cloth nappies as soon as I was pregnant. We still use disposble when we are out for longer days. I was guided to motherease by a UK friend who uses the sandies but I wanted something that could be used from birth to potty training to keep the $$ down. When we sampled the one size nappies they were just perfect!! We also have always used the cute swim nappies which look adorable as opposed to the disposable kind and they are so easy to put on.. We have not looked back. Some good points are: *My son has had very little nappy rash accept when put in disposables at day care. *The covers are cute, not OTT and have never leaked for us! *We used the velcro covers (Rikki) at first but the AirFlow now as he can rip off the velcro (once he got to lrg we bought Airflow). *We bought 12 Bamboo and 12 cotton nappies - we find the cotton are GREAT overnight and the bamboo feel lovely. *The Re-useable inserts are amasing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ended up buying more. *Cotton Dry much quicker than bamboo - but both really dont take long as inserts are separate so they dry in half a day in summer and a day or two in winter (depending of course) *They clean soo well and I only need to dry pale. I cannot recommend these nappies enough. It take a brave person to go down the route of MCN when its all so easy to buy disposables but its just so worth it with these ones. Louise @ Nip Naps always gets orders out quickly and efficiently!

Having bought and dealt with Nip Naps before I knew what great nappies and customer service they had, so was keen to try the new Wizard Uno specifically to use it as a night nappy. I spoke to Louise first - the customer service was exceptional and she was quick to reply to my emails. I ordered the trial pack and received it quickly. The nappy was of excellent quality and a very good fit on my son, even with the extra booster, it was trimmer than the one that I had been using as a night nappy. I also liked the look of it better compared to the one size and airflow cover. The nappy met and exceeded my expectations for using it at night, not one leak in 12 hours. I also like the fact that there is less components – cover with inner, booster and disposable liner, compared to my one size, booster, stay dry liner and disposable liner. Only disappointing thing I found was the sizing- my son is average build and weight- 12.5kg, so ordered the med. I thought he would have been using the middle snaps but he is only the very last snaps. But overall, pleasant transaction and great nappy. Will buy from again

Hi and thanks for your lovely review! I'm thrilled you like the new Wizard nappy. Please keep us up-to-date about the sizing. Mother-ease have done a lot of research on how children grow - sometimes they put on weight by growing up or putting on muscle rather than by growing out. As a result sometimes it looks like they are going to outgrow a size but they end up staying on the same snaps for ages! Hopefully your little guy will get plenty of wear out of this nappy.
All the best

I discovered Nip Naps while searching for swim nappies on the web. I purchased a swim nappy, wet bag and some disposible liners. I was really impressed with how quickly my order was delivered - I received it the day after I purchased online. I am really happy with the quality of the liners, they are better than the previous brand I had been using. The swim nappy is cute and I can't wait to take my little man to the pool!

I discovered Nip Naps on the internet while researching cloth nappies for my 9 month old son. We have been using cloth squares and want to upgrade to a fitted system.

Louise at Nip Naps provided excellent advice and i ordered a trial pack of the Wizard Duo Mother-ease nappies. I had previously trialled a few other leading brands in cloth nappies and found them to be disappointing in terms of reliability. My son is a heavy wetter.

The Wizard Duo nappies met my high expectations in every regard and i am very pleased (and relieved) to say that my search for a good cloth nappy is over.

Thankyou Louise at Nip Naps for your excellent advice and service, and thank you Mother-ease for producing such a quailty nappy. I would not hesitate in recommending the Wizard Duo nappies or Nip Naps as a supplier.

Many thanks,

Robyn
