Don't be put off by the $10 quote. No one can quote on an unknown job. I engaged John on his helpful manner first and found his fees to be quite reasonable.

John and his wife Christine provided support during settlement for our first home. They were always prompt on their responses and provided information where we were not sure of the process. Thanks again for your help

I can highly recommend John and Christine Nomikoudis. They carried out conveyancing work for me and handled all aspects professionally and smoothly keeping me continually updated. They also willingly sorted out a side issue for me several months after the sale. John and Christine are extremely prompt and responded to all of my emails almost instantly. John kindly reviewed my contract and raised queries that my previous Conveyancer hadn't. The knowledge and attention to detail has given me the confidence to proceed with using their services. Highly recommend them when purchasing your property.
