Had built-in wardrobe installed. Happy with the sales guy and the quote. Not happy with the install process. They will only call you ON THE DAY to advise time for the instal. They were supposed to call at 7.30am but didn't call until 8.40am. I had waited at home in case they were coming early. Got to work late. They said they would be there between 12pm and 2pm. Had to then take a half day off work. They didn't arrive until 2pm. After an hour and a half, they told me "someone" had forgotten to load the bulkhead. They would need to come back the next morning to finish it off. They didn't turn up. The office called and said they would be there early in 2 days time. They didn't turn up. I'm still waiting for them to finish the job.
They might be cheap, but save yourself the hassle and get someone more professional.

Approximate cost: $950

I had 2 built in installed, mirrors glued onto the doors of an exiting wardrobe as well as wall mounted shelves. I was very pleased with the service and price. The second installer took alot longer than the first as he had to cut some shelves on site but the overall job was satisfactory. I had some friends use them for frame less shower screens and they were very pleased with the product and price as well

Approximate cost: $4000

Had a measure & quote for a shower screen & built in wardrobe. Installation booked for one week later. They called a couple of days before installation to reschedule - they forgot to order the shower screen. Postponed for a further week. Arrived on rescheduled day – shower screen too wide, wardrobe doors too tall. Wardrobe installation went ahead after bulkhead was cut back. Shower screen was reordered and install rescheduled for another week later. Installer arrived the following week but left part of the frame in the factory – rescheduled for following day. Job finally complete 31 days after initial order – service was promised within 7-10 days. I called them several times throughout this process at my own expense after the manager failed to return my calls - calls were STD as head office/factory is on Central Coast. A brief verbal apology was made on one occasion. I complained in writing at a later date and eventually a written apology was made. I also received a $50 gift card – a nice touch, but adequate service was all I wanted! I was on annual leave at the time and spent several of those precious days waiting for, or chasing North Coast Shower Screens.
