Had quite bad experience with their sales rep about a year ago. Bought one car from them previously but when buying a second one their rep's appearance and manners were nothing like what you would expect. When we came in for a second meeting to discuss the price, he met us in his casual tracksuit and presentation was really lacking on all levels really. It didn't feel like BMW dealership at all. What's more I received a feedback request directly from the dealership; told them about the issues, and never heard from them again. So strange..

I am surprised they did not try and make amends with you as a customer after lodging negative feedback, disappointing to hear actually.
